It has many benefits, yet people don't eat it. They only consume rice and white flour, seeking tasty food over health. This can lead to cancer, blood vessel diseases, and even paralysis and death. I urge everyone to be vigilant and eat less white flour and more corn. Consume more fruits and vegetables and less meat. Drink more green tea and eat more beans (yellow ones).
72. 春天孩儿脸,一天变三变:气温多变换,忽热又忽寒。衣服要增减,莫令胸背寒,预防得感冒,伤风和肺炎。
