To immediately reject the meaningless, to refuse the futile efforts that yield no returns, to reject the interactions that are entangled with money, as the noble friendship is as pure as water. 13. A happy life cannot be separated from love. We loved when we least understood love, loving to the point of obsession, loving to the point of life and death, loving to the point of exhausting all our energy. 14. Life is ever-changing and uncertain, requiring the tranquility of the heart. No matter what kind of situation one faces, one must have a composed heart. Understand life, take life lightly, introspect and maintain inner peace, be content with life, and recognize the true self. When tired, stop and rest. To take refuge is to find a harbor for a wandering heart, to give a restless heart a break. Taking refuge is to simplify complexities, to empty the mind and achieve a serene and light-hearted state. It is to let the chaos of the world roll by, while I remain composed and serene under the clear moon and bright stars. Taking refuge is a pot of clear tea, a patch of pure land, and a state of calmness. True taking refuge is not to retreat into seclusion, but to understand, take life lightly, introspect, and be content. If one's heart has a place to belong, and one takes life lightly, isn't every place a place of refuge?

15. 不管是什么故事，总会带有吹嘘掺假的成份。台前幕后，虚虚实实真真假假，谁又明了其中？听故事的人永远不明白，为什么讲故事的人讲着讲着就笑了。讲故事的人也永远不明白，为什么听故事的人听着听着就哭了，这就是哭笑人生的真假故事。

15. No matter what kind of story, there will always be an element of exaggeration and falsification. On stage and behind the scenes, there's a mix of real and fake, truth and illusion. Who truly understands it all? The listeners can never comprehend why the storyteller laughs while telling the story. And the storyteller can never understand why the listeners cry while listening to the story. This is the true and false story of life, with laughter and tears.
