On the path to self-rescue, do not let the sorrow in your arms hinder your steps forward.
1. Guide students to widely read and accumulate a large amount of materials, thereby enhancing their writing skills.
2. The final exam is over, and the grades are惨不忍睹, my mood has dropped to the lowest point.
3.1 Try to avoid direct confrontations with bullies as much as possible. If you can't handle it, it's better to retreat first.
4. The Lloyd's of London insurance company once purchased a ship from an auction market. This ship was launched in 1894 and had encountered icebergs 138 times, grounded on rocks 116 times, caught fire 13 times, and had its masts snapped by storms 207 times, yet it never sank.
5. When reporting an alarm, you should confirm that you are speaking to the 110 emergency dispatch center before proceeding. Try to clearly inform the details such as the location of the incident, the number of bad guys, whether there are weapons, and the types of vehicles involved, and also leave a contact method. If you are in danger of dealing with the bad guys and need to call 110, be mindful of hiding your location and speak softly!
6. On a pitch-black night, the mouse chief led the little mice out to forage. In a family's kitchen, the trash bin was filled with leftover meals, which to the mice were like treasure to humans.
7. Confidence is inherently beautiful, yet many people lose a lot of happiness because they are too concerned about their appearance.
8. Glancing at the exam paper, I could not help but feel a mixture of tears and laughter, as the mistakes were just too absurd. Every student was complaining about "I shouldn't have made that mistake." If no one ever made a mistake, wouldn't there be a street full of 100-point papers? One essay wrote, "Appreciate your own mistakes," because after all, the mistakes we have made are also reminders and warnings. But if one keeps making mistakes, isn't that their own fault? In fact, it's not a bad thing to listen to the complaints of others and learn the reasons behind their mistakes, is it?
9. Mistakes made due to carelessness cannot be rectified; for past events, we cannot make amends or start over again. However, for things that have not yet happened in the future, we can fully control them and ensure that our mistakes do not reoccur. Everyone is prone to carelessness; there is no genius who is never careless or makes no mistakes. Only by being more attentive and more careful can one avoid making mistakes.
10. Learn to let go, not to forgive others, but to free yourself!
11. Later, I gradually came to my senses and thought, what's the point of torturing myself? It's a waste of time and has no meaning. No one can help me but myself; I have to save myself.
12. Additionally, as children grow older, some form "gangs," claiming to uphold "virtue" but in reality, they专门 bully the weak or classmates they dislike.
13. The lion hurriedly ran to the lake to find the elephant, but before he saw the elephant, he heard the "thump-thump" sound of the elephant's feet stamping.
14. The thief is very clever, at least smarter than Mr. Zeng, but he can only become a thief, while Mr. Zeng has become a person whom Chairman Mao Zedong himself admired: "the most fundamentally grounded person in modern times."
15. It was an exquisitely beautiful quiver, made of thick cowhide and adorned with subtly shimmering copper edges. A glance at the exposed arrow tips revealed that they were made from the finest peacock feathers. The son's eyes lit up with joy, greedily imagining the appearance of the arrow shafts and heads. In his ear, it seemed as if arrows zipped by with a whooshing sound, the enemy's commander falling from his horse and being killed upon impact.
16. When you know that the坏人 is targeting you and you are unable to subdue him, you should proactively avoid the situation, allowing the坏人 to come up empty, escape the danger, and transfer to a safe location.
17. It is absurd to say that a single Chinese language class can achieve a lot of teaching objectives, especially in the higher grades. After a class, having the冲动 to love or the feeling of love is certainly not a reality. In fact, the teaching objectives of Chinese language are not something that can be achieved in just one or a few classes. Even the objectives related to characters and vocabulary cannot be achieved in a single class. Students gradually understand and master these through continuous practice. Sometimes, even if you explain or touch upon it during the class, can students achieve the initial thought objectives? That's unlikely! Some objectives cannot be achieved within a semester, several semesters, or even several years. Some objectives are simply intangible. A value system, an emotion, and a skill are not achieved through a single segment of a single class. However, we must constantly渗透 them subconsciously, and only then can we achieve a natural and effective outcome.
18. In the practice of Chinese language teaching, I have explored and tried the following methods, which I now summarize and generalize as follows:
19. One day, the daughter-in-law said in anger, "Dad, that big stone in the vegetable garden keeps getting on my nerves the more I look at it. Why don't we get someone to move it away some other time?"
In this world, as long as one is willing to pursue, they can achieve many things. The difficulties that need to be overcome can also be overcome without the need for any iron will, nor is there any need for skill or strategy. As long as a person continues to live simply and with great interest, they will eventually discover that the Creator's arrangement of world events all come to be in a natural and orderly manner.
21. The commonly used international civil aviation ground-air communication symbols are: | - Injured and requires a doctor; ||-- Requires medicine; F-- Requires water and food; X-- Cannot proceed; Upward arrow -- I am heading in this direction.
22. When one is unable to escape the provocation, harassment, insult, and encirclement of a bad person, immediately send out a signal by shouting, calling, or passing a note, etc., in order to seek help from the police, the People's Liberation Army, teachers, parents, and the general public to come to the rescue.
23. I often don't take textbooks seriously. A Chinese textbook might only cover a few articles that I consider beautiful out of the whole semester, while for articles I like, I might spend a whole week on just one. I've spent a week studying the landscapes of Guilin, and it took ten days to go through two poems of farewell, and the "Moonlight Sonata" was studied for a whole week. I would not touch articles that I am not interested in, nor would I touch those with a strong didactic flavor, and I would definitely not touch articles that I don't consider beautiful. The current curriculum reform textbooks have articles of the same theme in each unit, with basic teaching goals. I might just teach one class for each unit, but the key is to let students learn by themselves with a little guidance. Not every lesson of Chinese class needs to have a specific teaching goal. Why can't our teaching goal be the goal of a unit, like in the sixth unit of the eighth grade, which focuses on the theme of love education? The themes are similar, and the article topics are also similar. After teaching the first lesson, I really couldn't think of a reason to teach the other three lessons. Some say let them read and read, but in primary school Chinese classes, students who haven't accumulated much knowledge and emotional reserve are not very interested in mere recitation or extensive reading. So, what else can we do without chatter or nonsense?
24. He lives well, and I'm not doing too bad either; life itself is not something that can be compared. Everyone is doing well in their own circles, living comfortably in their own spheres, and that's just fine.
25. When primary and middle school students encounter a robbery, the primary principle should be to protect their own life and safety, and not to overly concern themselves with possessions. They should not engage in a physical struggle unless there is no other choice, in order to avoid greater losses. In critical moments, they should loudly call for help and promptly report the incident to the police.
26. To be honest, I've been in the teaching position of Chinese language for more than a dozen years now. I've seen too much rigidity, too much pretentiousness, and too much banality. I always feel out of sync with reality, unable to keep up with the times. Colleagues have asked me, "How do you teach Chinese class?" The truth is, a Chinese class is essentially about rambling. Over the past decade, my Chinese classes have always provided students with a different feeling. To be honest, my class cannot be called traditional, because I enjoy rambling in class, talking about this and that, here and there, with an endless and boundless scope. I just let it go wherever it goes, which is quite frustrating to the evaluators. They would earnestly advise me not to slide around like a piece of slippery watermelon, but to open up teaching and let it go without constraint. Why should I pull back? In fact, there's no need to, because the students are most attentive when I ramble, and it's the most effective time for teaching. They listen, and before they realize it, the class is over. I allow my words, filled with wisdom and agility, my personal and humorous language, even bold and startling language, to be like nails, one after another, firmly embedded in the hearts of the students. A glance at their essays reveals nothing but my enthusiastic and spirited writing. When I see such essays, if I were marking the papers, what reason would I have to not give high scores? So the students always look forward to my classes, hoping I can take them on a trip around the world, enjoying themselves thoroughly. My "belly" is well-filled with rich and comprehensive nutrition, and then, "with a round belly," I step into the classroom. After a session of chitchat and endless talk, the students learn the essence, acquire new knowledge, and have their doubts cleared up, turning difficulties and uncertainties into highlights. It's truly twice the effort with half the work, winning everyone's approval and joy.
27. I have some small philosophical stories here, hoping they may be enlightening to you (you can start by telling a story and then relate it to real-life situations):
28. When walking at night, always hold your head high and chest out, even if you are afraid, you must be spirited, so that anyone who tries to attack you will be deterred.
29. Finally, the farmer decided to give up. He thought that the donkey was too old and not worth the trouble to rescue it, but in any case, the well still needed to be filled. So the farmer called on his neighbors to help him bury the donkey in the well, to alleviate its suffering.
30. 14 It is best to avoid waiting for a bus at an unmanned bus stop, as you are more likely to become a target for bad guys.
31. Every year, there are not a few accidents resulting in accidental deaths from swimming, most of which are caused by deaths due to delayed rescue after drowning. How should one perform first aid in such situations?
32. Professor Brendon. After reading it, Professor Brendon was greatly surprised and delighted. He considered it a new discovery, a phenomenon that was普遍存在的 not only in the East but also all over the world, yet no one had dared to bring it up and conduct research on it before. Overwhelmed with surprise, he wrote a letter to his Cambridge alumnus--the person then holding the top seat in South Korea's political scene--Park Chung-hee. In the letter, he said, "I dare not say how much help this work will be to you, but I can assure you that it will produce more benefits than any of your political decrees can."
33. I took a look at the grades and found that the three students who never did their homework throughout the semester scored 51.5, 60, and 61 respectively. Additionally, the five students who often procrastinated and did not complete their assignments carefully also scored below 74. Now I finally understand what Teacher Ye meant when she said, "The review is to help struggling students review." I have always treated everyone equally, but the result has been like this, which has to be said is a failure on my part. At least, the review phase was a failure. I didn't grasp the key points.
34. What is harder than stone or softer than water? Yet, the soft water penetrates the hard stone, just by persisting.

36. Standing in front of 200 people in the conference room, he asked, "Who wants these 20 dollars?" Hands went up one by one. He continued, "I plan to give these 20 dollars to one of you, but before I do, please allow me to do something." He said, as he crumpled the bill, "Who wants it now?" Some hands still went up. Then he said, "What if I did this?" He threw the bill on the ground, stepped on it with his foot, and crushed it with his foot. Afterward, he picked up the bill, which was now dirty and crumpled. "Who wants it now?" Some hands went up again. "Friends, you have just learned a very meaningful lesson. No matter how I treat this bill, you still want it because it has not depreciated; it is still worth 20 dollars. On the journey of life, we will be knocked down, bullied, or even crushed into dust countless times by our own decisions or the adversities we encounter. We may feel as if we are worth nothing. But no matter what happens, or what is going to happen, in God's eyes, you will never lose your value. In His sight, whether you are dirty or clean, well-dressed or not, you are invaluable."
37. Optimists see opportunities in every crisis, while pessimists see danger in every opportunity.
38. "Imitation" cannot be a mechanical copying, nor can it be a rigid application of a model, for example, when practicing descriptive writing of a person's appearance, many students write characters with features like "a pair of watery big eyes, a high nose bridge, a cherry-red small mouth, curved willow eyebrows, and rosy cheeks." Is there really so many people in the world with such similar looks? The answer is no. This is not "imitation," but "copying." This is a phenomenon that our teachers do not want to see in composition teaching, but it does exist. There are countless examples like this. Therefore, teachers cannot constrain students' thinking when teaching them to write, but should allow them to have their own unique thinking characteristics. After learning the lesson "Spring," students were taught how to describe the beautiful scenery of nature through careful observation, and they were asked to imitate and write "Summer." In fact, when students engage in imitative writing training, the light of creative thinking shines within them. Their compositions are the wings of their open creative thinking, and slowly, they will be able to soar high.

Just like the case of donkeys, during the journey of life, sometimes we are inevitably trapped in "drying wells," and all sorts of "mud and sand" are poured over us. The secret to escape from these "drying wells" is to shake off the "mud and sand," and then stand on top of them!

53. His method is actually very simple, which is to patiently search one carriage after another. This method may sound not very clever, but it is very effective. Each time, he is prepared to walk from the first carriage to the last one, but each time he doesn't have to reach the end to find an empty seat. 56.
56. It tells us that no ship sailing on the great sea is without its wounds.
57. Even though Teacher Ouyang issued the threatening words, "Don't come to this class, and never come to my class again," there were still several delicate girls and a few very domineering boys who did not leave the classroom.
58. As long as there is faith in the heart, miracles will always happen. Hope may be faint, but it will always exist in the world.
59. In the new era of rapid change and continuous transformation, teaching is one of the important jobs. Reflecting on the past is for the future. How should we reflect?
60. Life is not called life if everything goes smoothly, and if everyone is perfect, then it's not called human life.
61. He said that most passengers are easily deceived by the superficial phenomenon of拥挤 in one or two carriages, and they don't think deeply about the opportunities for seats that are hidden in the up and down flow from the ten or more doors of the train during the dozens of stops. Even if they do think about it, they lack the patience to look for seats. The tiny place to stand in front of them is enough to satisfy most people, and some people also feel it's not worth it to squeeze and carry their luggage for just one or two seats. They also worry that if they can't find a seat, they might not even have a good place to stand when they return. Just like some people in life who are content with the status quo, afraid of failure, and can only stay at the starting point without success, most of these passengers who are unwilling to actively find seats can only stand at the first place they step on when getting on the train until they get off.
62. As the saying goes, "after every failure, one learns a lesson." Now that I have tried and failed three times, with my own exploration and the guidance of Teacher Ye, I believe that next time I will definitely be more careful, improve my methods, and strive to cut off this 'tail'.
63. After he left, I was in a state of turmoil for a long time. Sometimes I would reminisce about the things he said, sometimes I would repeatedly look at the WeChat messages he sent, and sometimes I would stare at his WeChat avatar, wishing so much that he would send me a message. After all, he has become someone close to my heart; his presence really threw my life into disarray. Sometimes, I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall asleep again. I wanted to talk to someone about my innermost thoughts, but I felt that it wasn't appropriate to talk to anyone. This state of low spirits lasted for a long time.
64. After more than ten minutes, the daughter-in-law used a hoe to loosen the soil around the large stone.
65. The storm of the monthly exam has passed, and in the face of my grades, I have nothing to say; in the face of my paper full of mistakes, I can't help but laugh and cry; in the face of my carelessness, I am unable to make up for it. I can only take it as a lesson and be more careful next time. My parents didn't feel disappointed because I haven't regressed. However, I am very disheartened, as I haven't reached my heart's goal, and the gap has not narrowed. I made mistakes where I should not have, and also failed where I should not have failed, but I am still very happy, because I didn't give up.
66. Writing this "活火山" (living volcano) of an essay requires more than 500 steps to pass, fortunately it is a self-proposed topic essay, with the theme being: Mother's Day. I wrote my best essay, "Grateful to My Mother," and finally reached 578 characters.
67. Parents always encourage us and remind us in advance, helping us. For us now, parents rarely know if we are studying hard at school, as it is all told by us ourselves. However, I feel that my parents are getting busier and have less time to listen to my "nagging" about my own stories. Only my grades can prove my efforts. Whenever I do poorly in exams, the first people I feel sorry for are my parents, but they never hold it against me. They know that everyone makes mistakes.
68. After finishing the exam paper, not much of a checker by nature, I looked around and saw that my classmates were rapidly moving their pens. Occasionally, someone would look up and twist their neck, relax their grip, but few had actually finished writing.
69. The last leaf never fell. It was because of this patch of green in life that the patient miraculously survived.
70. The second story is from the article "Everyone Has a Treasure," and I read: "Humans, including other animals, release a tremendous self-saving energy in the face of life-threatening situations. The 'frog experiment' conducted by American scientists is almost universally known: the frog swims leisurely in the water as the bottom of the pot is slowly heated by a gentle flame. However, when the water becomes too hot to bear, it can no longer jump out. Conversely, if a frog is thrown into boiling water, it can suddenly leap out and escape. But why, in our daily lives, do we not discover our own potential, and only when faced with adversity do we express无奈 and astonishment? It is self-evident: it is laziness! It is the sudden realization of the passage of time, the indulgence in comfort, and the pursuit of enjoyment! Because of laziness, we lose the courage to strive; because of the pursuit of pleasure, we do not recognize the hidden crisis and are slowly eliminated by society, like a frog in a pot of warm water." Upon reading this, I noticed that a glimmer of light appeared in the children's eyes---I think it was a reflective thought that touched their souls. I continued reading, "'It is not that we cannot, but that we do not choose to' Never complain about the blandness of life again. Look back and examine yourself carefully, how you spend each day and each minute. If you still let yourself wander aimlessly on the streets or daydream in front of your desk, stop immediately and try to do something useful. Child, believe me: everyone has a huge treasure, within which lies an indestructible energy and power. It requires you to unlock it. When you place yourself at the edge of a cliff, feeling a constant sense of crisis, you have the key to opening the treasure." After a brief pause, I said to the children who were lost in thought, "Arrange the next part of the reading on your own" until the end of class, no one spoke or daydreamed. The usual restlessness and noise were gone.
71. After completing a few articles that were considered beautiful essays in the textbook, the rest of the time was spent on giving students extra-curricular content, such as sharing things with the students. For example, the middle school students were still the same: Jay Chou was still adored to the point of obsession, buying every new version; the girls' hairpins were colorful and varied, and they would gather in piles after school every day to exchange new things; during self-study classes, there were people of all walks of life, busy studying, busy having fun, busy talking, and busy making a ruckus. The teacher's appearance brought instant calm, and then there were those who just sat, those who wandered in thought, those who stared at the books without turning a page for an entire class. When the grades came out, there was a collective sigh of relief throughout the room. Garbage was scattered everywhere, and when asked who threw it, everyone pointed fingers and said: "It was him! Not me." During the break, I happened to meet the head teacher of the brother grade, who teased and laughed and said, "You've received another letter." As a class teacher, I was extremely embarrassed. Angered and heartbroken, I exclaimed: "Quality, where has all the quality gone? Strict management, combined with kindness, tolerance, and endless teaching, has led to recommending good methods, setting examples, but unfortunately, all we can do is to maintain the surface order, and cannot change its essence. The cries for help from parents are still heard everywhere. Parents place their hopes on the teacher's education, but when I look around, all the 'good methods' and 'excellent plans' that countless educators have tried are merely ways to control and manage people. In the face of the current bustling reality, the constraints of external forces are so pale ------ the wonders of life, the hardships of learning, how can you make these naive children keep a curious and restless heart?
73. The vast majority of the people, including the parents of primary and middle school students, detest criminal activities that disrupt social order and threaten the personal safety and legal rights of primary and middle school students. They look forward to achieving social stability and the healthy growth of primary and middle school students through comprehensive governance and severe crackdown. The eyes of the people are as bright as snow, their wisdom is rich, and their power is boundless. There are always good citizens, young people, and officials who are willing to protect children and act bravely in the face of righteousness. Therefore, when primary and middle school students are victimized by criminal elements, all means should be employed to seek help from the people around us to jointly deal with the bad guys. When the people are brave and unflinching in their struggle against criminal elements, these elements will become like vermin crossing the street, with no place to hide and facing the ultimate disaster.
74. During the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, a father and his son set out to fight in a war. The father had become a general, while the son was still just a standard bearer. Another horn was blown, and the war drums thundered. The father solemnly lifted an arrow quiver, which contained a single arrow. He seriously told his son, "This is the family heirloom arrow, wear it close to you, and its power is boundless, but you must never pull it out."
75. "When Grandpa put several equally sized caterpillars into the dragon's mouth, then closed the mouth, a miracle occurred: In just a few minutes, the little caterpillars emerged one by one from the dragon's tail."
76. When in a disadvantageous situation, one can deliberately exaggerate the presence of one's relatives or classmates nearby or already there, in order to bolster one's position; or use cunning methods to confuse the opponent, delay the situation, stabilize the opponent, wait for and seize the favorable opportunity, and prevent the evil intentions of the bad person from being fulfilled.
77. The second question gradually turned into three or four questions. I make a little progress every day. Although I'm not very confident, I think that only by persisting can I win. In this respect, I understand the truth that perseverance is always useful. I understand what the teacher said.
78. Reminder: Although repeatedly frustrated, being able to endure and persist with resilience is the secret to success.
79. A few years later, this big stone was passed down to the next generation. At that time, the son got married, and became a father.
80. A single class lasts no more than 40 minutes, which is simply not enough time to tell a few jokes, let alone tell a captivating story, have a精彩 debate, or hold a reading competition, nor is there time for an oral competition. Therefore, preparing and teaching lessons based on each class as a unit is not very scientific. I really don't understand what "Great Chinese Language" is supposed to be.
81. It took me several years to finally move on and completely forget about him. I once thought we would never see each other again in this lifetime, and I put him in a corner of my heart, too scared to touch him again.
