23. The wise person, for a fleeting moment, comes close to the wise, and can quickly understand Dharma, just like a third party tasting the broth. The fool remains unaware and goes against his own enemy, engaging in various evil deeds, and suffering predetermined bitter fruits.
24. 有所为,有所不为是成就大事业的基本前提。要征服世界,首先要克服自己。
