47. Imagine allowing my gaze to pierce through ten billion walls in this autumn night, ascending against the Great Wall and the Yellow River, as the stars shift and the moon changes, under the relentless struggle of five thousand years, your unyielding shadow has solidified into the peaks of the East. In this quiet autumn night, I have felt you embracing me with blessings, making me understand that maternal love is eternal like the flowers that bloom every May. And my youthful river of life, your ancient, the years are the vast soul of poetry. Standing up silently, I contemplate, generation after generation, our ancestors have awakened the sleeping earth as scheduled. They expose their ancient bronze backs to the sky, sowing the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. Often in the moonlit nights, I passionately read you aloud, that vast and open land, that long river roaring against the shore, that long and winding Silk Road, those magical Dunhuang murals. In the five thousand years of snow and rain, you have nurtured all your own creatures. Yesterday, the storm of June swept by swiftly, you walked against the wind, in the deep, cold night, predicting the dawn. Your smile melted our cries. The sun finally fulfilled the prophecy of the night. After a long time, we finally stopped and our shadows began to silently drift in your sight. In your blessings, we deeply introspect. Please recite the poems we have given you. Whether we are wandering or running, we must not hurt our mother's heart! Unable to embrace all that you are, in this quiet autumn night, I softly call out one word. Oh, Motherland, our beloved mother with yellowish skin! Qingming, I pay homage to the heroes with poetry. Qingming in spring is a time of rain. The misty rain, wrapping around the heartstrings of怀念先烈, the spirits of the heroes float among the green pines and cypresses, transforming into spring flowers, making the world no longer cold. I hold a bouquet of flowers, heading towards your grave. The falling raindrops are my tears of confession to you. Although I have never seen your face, my heart has bathed in the sunshine you combed, grateful for all that you have given me. Rising China, due to your sacrifice in the battles, the red flag that rises every day is condensed with your flowing blood. You retire in the dawn of victory, in the beautiful life. You become a monument, blessing like the spring breeze fluttering over the land. Heroes, those countless heroes, when Qingming comes, come home. Your hometown and descendants are living in happiness. The treaties were long, the privileges were numerous, and the nobles held tightly to their power rods. This was the bleak winter of a prosperous China; the progressive thoughts were already nurturing and growing. It was the dark night of a brilliant China, where the sparks of revolution were already burning and shining. In the era of upheaval and surge, on the heroic Yellow Crane Tower of Wuhan, where the Literary Society was preparing for battle, on the bank of the Qingchuan Pavilion, the Progressive Society had set up a martial arts hall. The brave soldiers of the Engineering Camp fired the first shot of the uprising – the shot that shattered the heavens and the earth. The Chuwang Tower immediately saw troops gather, the sound of gunfire echoed in the city of Wuhan, and a fierce attack on the governor's office ensued. Fireworks erupted in all directions, shattering the hearts of the slaves, and the brave soldiers advanced with irresistible force. The clarion call of the revolution in Wuhan resounded in the heavens, and heroic sons and daughters rushed to the battlefield of salvation. The sparks of revolution burned brightly in the dark night, quickly igniting the flames that soared to the heavens. The flames surged, now radiating with boundless light. The fiery wheel spun, unstoppable. The spark of hope illuminated the bewildered eyes, the flames of the conflagration illuminated the hearts locked in darkness, the fire of revolution illuminated the Chinese night, the great fire illuminated China's tomorrow.
