1. 内心阴霾密布,荒芜杂乱,即便现实里鸟语花香,草长莺飞,也会活得凄凄惨惨,惶惑不安。
1. The heart is shrouded in a dense gloom, barren and chaotic. Even amidst the reality where birds sing and flowers bloom, the grass grows lush, and swallows soar, one would still live in a desolate and anxious state.
2. 凡是你遇见的人,不管喜不喜欢,都是生命中该出现的人,绝非偶然。他一定会教会你什么。
2. Everyone you meet, whether you like them or not, is someone who should appear in your life, not by chance. They will definitely teach you something.
3. 如果有一天,让你心动的再也感动不了你,让你愤怒的再也激怒不了你,让你沉迷的再也吸引不了你,让你恐惧的再也制约不了你。心一旦消失,也就放下了执念,剩下的只是安安静静无风无浪的生活。

If there comes a day when what once moved you no longer touches your heart, what once angered you no longer provokes your fury, what once captivated you no longer attracts you, and what once scared you no longer constrains you. Once the heart fades, so does the attachment, leaving behind only a life that is peaceful and calm, without wind or waves.

11. "Do not listen to the sound of leaves rustling through the forest, why not sing and shout as you leisurely walk. A bamboo staff and straw sandals are lighter than a horse, who dares to fear? With a raincoat and a bamboo hat, I let the mist and rain determine my life."
12. 她说:“他们提前去了天堂,我要好好替他们活在这个世上。”
12. She said, "They went to heaven early, so I will live well on this earth in their place."
13. 但他没有纠结于人生的风雨,以积极豁达的心态,让生活在快乐的节奏里舞蹈。

14. 情绪稳定,万事勿扰,为自己的心灵做主。

15. 《黄帝内经》说:“喜伤心,思伤脾,忧伤肺,恐伤肾,怒伤肝。”

16. 因为谗言陷害,他被罢黜还家。所有官职爵位褫夺殆尽,此前的赫赫功勋也无人提起。但他毫无愠色,也无悲色,在老家读书狩猎,深耕自己,静待时机。

Virtually all of his official positions and titles were stripped away, and his previous distinguished achievements were all but forgotten. Yet, he showed no trace of resentment or sadness, and instead, he immersed himself in reading and hunting in his hometown, diligently cultivating himself and quietly awaiting his chance.

20. 年轻时出身名门,伉俪情深,生活顺利。
20. Born into a distinguished family in his youth, he had a loving marriage and a smooth life.
21. 禅宗有偈子:“菩提本无树,明镜亦非台,本来无一物,何处惹尘埃。”
21. The Zen school has a poem: "Enlightenment has no tree, the bright mirror is not a stand, originally there is nothing, where can dust settle?"
22. 但是你经历的事,不管愿不愿意,都是你生命中该经历的事,注定如此。它会引导你走向什么。
22. But whatever experiences you have gone through, whether you like it or not, they are the things meant to happen in your life, destined to be so. They will guide you towards what.
23. 苏轼的弟子秦观,因受苏轼牵连,也被贬谪流放。秦观始终不能接受糟糕的现实,整天怨天尤人,伤心流泪。他登楼低唱:“便做春江都是泪,流不尽,许多愁。”
23. Qin Guan, a disciple of Su Shi, was also demoted and exiled due to being implicated in Su Shi's affairs. Qin Guan could never accept the grim reality and spent his days complaining about the heavens and others, feeling heartbroken and shedding tears. He climbed to the top of the building and sang softly: "Even if the entire Spring River were filled with tears, they would never cease, and there would be countless sorrows."
24. 有什么样的心态,生命就能呈现什么样的状态。而生命的状态,决定着我们的生活质量。
24. The mindset one has determines the state of their life. And the state of life decides the quality of our life.

30. 意思是,繁华过眼总成空。一个人不拘泥于外物,不执着于浮世万千,就能抵达“如来”的境界,实现生命的圆满。
30. It means that the bustling world will always be in vain. A person who does not cling to external things and does not get attached to the myriad things of the fleeting world can reach the realm of the "Buddha" and achieve the perfection of life.
31. 被下放劳动,她一边挥汗如雨,一边体会耕耘的乐趣。闲暇时,就翻译西方文学名著,笔耕不辍。
31. Sent down to do manual labor, she sweated profusely while also relishing the joy of tilling the land. In her leisure time, she would translate classic Western literary works, never ceasing to write.
32. 被关进牛棚,蚊蝇肆虐,秽气逼人。她不抱怨,认真地擦拭围栏,打扫卫生,把牛棚收拾得干干净净。并用稻草编织了一个门帘子,上面用野花和嫩草点缀。
32. Imprisoned in the cowshed, mosquitoes and flies swarm, and the stench is overpowering. She does not complain, but diligently wipes the fence, cleans the place, and tidies up the cowshed until it is spotless. She also wove a door curtain with straw, decorated it with wild flowers and tender grass.
33. 生活中,你在意什么,什么就会折磨你;你计较什么,什么就会困扰你。提升格局,放下执念,人生就会云淡风轻,光风霁月。
33. In life, what you care about will torment you; what you hold on to will trouble you. Raise your perspective, let go of attachments, and life will become carefree and serene, as if the clouds are light and the moon is clear.
34. 行路之中,遇上大雨淋漓。别人都赶紧避雨,苏轼却潇洒前行,任凭风雨洗涤。他吟道:
34. While on the road, he encountered heavy rain pouring down. Everyone else hurried to seek shelter from the rain, but Su Shi walked on casually, letting the rain and wind wash over him. He recited:
35. 人生是一场因果轮回。

36. 内心阳光明媚,花团锦簇,即便现实里泥泞不断,坎坷波折,也能活得潇洒自在。
36. With a sunny disposition and a heart adorned with flowers, one can live carefree and at ease even amidst the muddy realities and the twists and turns of life.
37. 诸葛亮派人送女人衣服给他,讽刺他胆小如鼠,不配做男人。部下怒不可遏,而司马懿云淡风轻,不以为意。
37. Zhuge Liang sent a woman's dress to him, satirizing him for being as timid as a mouse and not fit to be a man. His subordinates were incensed, but Sima Yi remained composed and took no offense.
38. 她珍惜美好的光阴,做喜欢的学问,宽容和深爱丈夫,在清华园上好每一堂课,享受岁月静好。

39. 只要心态豁达,无所纠缠,生活就会是清风明月,繁花似锦。
39. As long as one maintains an open and unentangled mindset, life will be as serene as a breeze and bright as the moon, filled with beautiful flowers.
40. 天道不可违,命运难以抗争,但我们可以选择对待命运的态度。顺其自然,静而不争,相信一切都是最好的安排。
是一种态度,40. It is impossible to defy the way of the heavens, and fate is hard to resist, but we can choose our attitude towards fate. Go with the flow, remain calm and uncomplaining, and believe that everything is the best arrangement. It's a mindset.
41. 人生路上,我们遇到的最大敌人,不是条件,不是能力,而是情绪。
41. On the path of life, the greatest enemy we encounter is not conditions, not abilities, but emotions.
42. 心态豁达,风雨无畏,笑傲生活的波谲云诡。

43. 北宋年间,苏轼被贬黄州,从峨冠博带的士大夫,变成无人理会的戴罪之臣。

44. 马谡妄自尊大,丧失街亭。诸葛亮闻报,气急攻心,一口鲜血喷涌而出,被左右急救入帐。
44. Ma Su was overconfident and lost the Battle of Jiading. Upon hearing the news, Zhuge Liang was so enraged that it affected his health, and he spat out a mouthful of blood. He was quickly attended to and brought into the tent by his attendants.
45. 俗话说:“人生不如意事,十之八九。”内心豁达一点,痛苦就会减少一分。何必耿耿于怀,在不断反刍中加大痛苦。
45. As the saying goes, "Nine out of ten things in life are not as one wishes." Be a bit more open-minded, and your suffering will decrease by one degree. Why hold onto it so tightly, and amplify your pain through continuous rumination?
