37. 在《黄帝内经》的开篇，黄帝对天师岐伯发问：听说上古的人能活百岁，仍然腿脚灵便。现在的人年过半百，就是风烛残年了，这是什么原因啊。

At the beginning of the "Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon," the Yellow Emperor asked Qibo, the celestial master: "I have heard that people in ancient times could live to be a hundred years old and still have agile legs and feet. Now, people over fifty years old are considered to be at the end of their twilight years. What is the reason for this?"

38. 你以为人家的成功靠的是运气，却忽略了人家背后所付出的比你多好几倍的努力，你觉得自己的失败是因为运气，却不敢承认你只是在为自己的不努力开脱而已。

38. You think that others' success is due to luck, but ignore the several times more effort they have put in behind the scenes than you have. You feel that your failure is because of luck, but you dare not admit that you are just making excuses for your own lack of effort.

39. 但还有些事是可以通过我们自己的努力得到的，我们要想过上自己梦寐以求的生活，实现自己的梦想，就必须耐得住寂寞、抵得住诱惑、经得住考验，受得住辛苦，然后坚定不移地努力朝着目标走下去。
