In the intricate tapestry of life, wisdom acts as a beacon, illuminating the path ahead. By exploring the most wise ways of survival, let us apply the principle of yin and yang balance to understand the mysteries of life.

1. The I Ching says, "The Way is the combination of yin and yang."

2. In the journey of life, being obsessed with any segment will lead to very bad results. Only by unifying both ends, with the existence of both yin and yang, and the coexistence and complementarity of the two, can one move steadily towards the distant goal, and handle things with ease.

3. The most wise way to live is through the Bodhisattva's lowered eyes and the Vajra's fierce gaze.

4. The serene gaze of a bodhisattva represents a state of humility, caution, and compassionate care for all beings, while the fierce eyes of a Vajra-being embody a determination to engage in battle, coupled with an unyielding courage.

5. Both combined are necessary to fulfill oneself.

6. The Tao Te Ching says, "The highest good is like water. Water benefits all things and does not contend. It dwells in places that people detest, hence it is close to the Tao. To dwell is to be in the right place, to think is to be profound, to be with others is to be benevolent, to speak is to be trustworthy, to govern is to be right, to act is to be competent, to move is to be timely. It is only because it does not contend that it has no blame."

7. One who has mastered the Tao of the heaven is like water. Water silently nourishes all things without competing for benefits with them. It dwells in the low-lying, detested places where many dislike to be, thus it is the closest to the Tao of heaven. Truly formidable individuals should possess the virtues of water, associating with those of low status with a peaceful and tranquil heart, being sincere and loving in their friendships, cautious and reliable in their speech, governing with a clear and serene demeanor, performing their duties to the fullest, and being adaptable in their actions and demeanor.

8. A person can only gain others' trust and recognition, and elevate their own perspective and wisdom, by placing themselves lowly, interacting with others like a kind-hearted and benevolent Buddha, with an affinity that cares about others' situations, and doing their utmost to be the best version of themselves. By providing help within their capabilities and maximizing their energy and influence, they can earn the trust and recognition of others.

9. The bodhisattva lowers its eyebrows, learns to help others, and can then gain abundant assistance on the path to enlightenment, thereby elevating one's own life realm.

10. Mr. Yang Jiang said, "People who are too honest do not live well in this life; their lives are often not as they wish. Because, in the presence of wolves, tigers, and leopards, they will not stop attacking you just because you are honest. And in front of cunning and crafty people, they will not stop cheating you just because you are kind."

11. When the forest is large, there are all kinds of birds; when the world is vast, there are all kinds of people. It's not that you, as the Buddha, lower your brows, but when you do good deeds, you will meet good people, kind people, and outstanding people. You will also encounter some scoundrels, scum, and trash people, as well as people with negative energy. If you don't have resolute methods or a fierce gaze like a Vajra, you cannot deter the scoundrels. Various negative energies and negative emotions will纠缠 you, trapping you in pain from which you cannot free yourself.

Liu Zhenyun said: "Without thunderous measures, do not act with the compassion of a Buddha. You owe no one anything; speak and act with your head held high. Compassion does not command soldiers, righteousness does not trade, affection does not establish a business, and goodness does not make a good official. All the evil in this world is the祸 that stems from the overflow of benevolent intentions."

13. Benevolence without principles will only let others take advantage step by step. Weakness without limits will only allow others to do as they please. One needs to have a certain degree of toughness to safeguard their kind heart, defend their own thoughts and core interests.
