2. Like the Xushan Mountains that always stay in my eyes, you are like the stone Buddha who has no heart.

3. 寻好梦，梦难成。况谁知我此时情。枕前泪共帘前雨，隔个窗儿滴到明。

3. Seek good dreams, but they are hard to achieve. Moreover, who knows my feelings at this moment? The tears on the pillow are mingled with the rain in front of the curtain, dripping through the window all the way to dawn.

4. 还卿一钵无情泪，恨不相逢未剃时。

4. Return to you a bowl of tearless sorrow, regretting not having met you before my hair was shaved.

5. 落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花。

5. Fallen petals are not devoid of feeling; when they turn into spring mud, they protect the flowers even more.

6. 一朝春去红颜老，花落人亡两不知。

6. Once spring is gone, the beauty fades; flowers fall and people die, both unknown.

7. 自君之出矣，明镜暗不治。思君如流水，何有穷已时。

7. Since you left, the bright mirror is not polished. Thinking of you is like flowing water, how can there be an end to it?

8. 莫道不销魂，帘卷西风，人比黄花瘦。

8. Do not say that it does not captivate the soul, the curtain sways in the west wind, and people are thinner than the chrysanthemum flowers.

9. 君生我未生，我生君已老。君恨我生迟，我恨君生早。

9. You were born when I was not, and I was born when you were old. You regret my late birth, and I regret your early birth.

10. 缘来缘去缘如水，情散情聚情何归。

10. Because of destiny, we come and go, the fate as water flows. When love dissipates, where does it gather again?

11. 诚知此恨人人有，贫贱夫妻百事哀。

11. I well know that everyone has their own regrets, and a poor couple's life is full of sorrow.

12. 曾经沧海难为水，除却巫山不是云。取次花丛懒回顾，半缘修道半缘君执手相看泪眼，竟无语凝噎。

12. After crossing the vast sea, no longer is water easy to be moved; after leaving the Wushan Mountains, no longer are the clouds the same. Amidst the blossoming flowers, I am too lazy to look back; half is due to my cultivation, and half because of you holding my hand, looking at each other with tears in our eyes, unable to speak, emotion choking us.

13. 十年生死两茫茫！不思量，自难忘。

13. Ten years of life and death, both blurred and distant! Not to think of it, yet it is unforgettable.

14. 无情不似多情苦，一寸还成千万缕。

14. Cruelty is not as bitter as being overly affectionate; an inch can turn into ten thousand strands.

15. 我住长江头，君住长江尾。日日思君不见君，共饮长江水。

15. I live at the head of the Yangtze River, and you live at its tail. Every day I think of you but don't see you, sharing the water of the Yangtze River together.

16. 杨柳青青江水准，闻郎江上唱歌声。东边日出西边雨，道是无晴还有晴。

16. Willows green and lush by the river's edge, I hear the sound of my beloved singing on the river. Eastward the sun rises while westward it rains, yet it's said that there is no rain, yet there is rain.

17. 柔情似水，佳期如梦，忍顾鹊桥归路！两情若是久长时，又岂在、朝朝暮暮！

17. Tender as water, lovely as a dream, can I bear to turn back along the magpie bridge's path? If our feelings are to last forever, would they be confined to day and night?

18. 如何让你遇见我，在我最美丽的时刻为这，我已在佛前求了五百年，求他让我们结一段尘缘。

18. How can I meet you at my most beautiful moment? For this, I have prayed in front of the Buddha for five hundred years, asking him to allow us to form a worldly connection.

19. 鹫岭峰前阑独倚。愁眉蹙损愁肠碎。红粉佳人伤别袂。情何已。

19. Leaning alone by the Peak of the Eagle, a frown furrows, the sorrowful heart is torn. A fair beauty's parting sleeve causes grief. How can my feelings cease?

20. 色不迷人人自迷，情人眼里出西施。有缘千里来相会，三笑徒然当一痴。

20. The color does not confuse the eyes; it is the person who is confused. In a lover's eyes, even the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Those who are meant to meet will find each other over great distances; three smiles are more valuable than a fool's affection.

21. 骊山语罢清宵半，夜雨霖铃终不怨。何如薄幸锦衣儿，比翼连枝当日愿。

21. Half the night clear after talking on the Lishan Mountain, never complaining for the night rain and the tinkling bell. How can it be compared to the fortunate son of silk and gold, who once wished to fly with his beloved like birds with wings entwined.

22. 昔我往矣，杨柳依依，今我来思，雨雪霏霏。

22. When I went before, the willows were weeping, now that I return, the rain and snow are falling in a mist.

23. 山穷水尽疑无路，柳暗花明又一村。

23. When the mountain is exhausted and the water runs out, one doubts there's no path. But when the willows are dark and the flowers bright, another village appears.

24. 东篱把酒黄昏后，有暗香盈袖。

24. After the dusk, with wine in hand under the eastern hedge, there is a faint fragrance filling my sleeves.

25. 人到情多情转薄，而今真个不多情。

25. When people are deeply in love, their feelings may become thin, and now truly, I am not very emotional.

26. 此情可待成追忆，只是当时已惘然。

26. This feeling can be cherished as a memory in the future, but at that time, I was already lost in thought.

27. 红颜远，相思苦。几番意，难相负。十年情思百年渡，不斩相思不忍顾。

27. Beautiful faces are far away, and the longing is bitter. Several times of intention, it's hard to let it go. Ten years of love and longing take a hundred years to pass, I can't cut off the longing and can't turn my back.

28. 千年梦，弹指间，往事如水淡如烟。曲以终，人亦散，旧梦初醒已千年。

28. A thousand-year dream, in a blink of an eye, past events are as faint as mist. The melody ends, and people disperse as well. The old dream has just woken up after a millennium.

29. 兽炉沈水烟，翠沼残花片，一行行写入相思传。

29. The smoke from the animal-shaped incense burner rises, the remnants of green pond flowers scattered, each line etched into the scroll of longing.

30. 还君明珠双泪垂，恨不相逢未嫁时。

30. Return to you the pearls, tears streaming down; regret that we did not meet before you were wed.

31. 蒹葭苍苍，白露为霜。所谓伊人，在水一方。

31. The reeds are lush and green, the white dew turns into frost. The one I speak of, is on the other side of the river.

32. 西城杨柳弄春柔。动离忧。泪难收。犹记多情，曾为系归舟。碧野朱桥当日事，人不见，水空流。

32. The willow trees in Xicheng sway gently in the spring breeze. Stirring the sorrow of parting, tears are hard to hold back. I still remember, in my many-faceted affection, I once tied a boat to shore. The green fields and red bridge are events of that day, but people are gone, and the water flows empty.

33. 休言半纸无多重，万斛离愁尽耐担。

33. Do not say that a half-sheet of paper has no weight, for it can bear all the sorrow of a thousand measures of parting.

34. 深知身在情长在，怅望江头江水声。

34. Deeply aware that where my heart is, love will endure, I melancholically gaze at the river's edge, listening to the sound of the river's flow.

35. 不要因为也许会改变，就不肯说那句美丽的誓言，不要因为也许会分离，就不敢求一次倾心的相遇。

35. Do not refrain from saying that beautiful vow just because it might change, and do not dare to seek a heartfelt encounter just because there might be separation.

36. 忆君心似西江水，日夜东流无歇时。

36. The longing for you is like the water of the Xijiang River, flowing eastward day and night without a moment's rest.

37. 春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。

37. The silkworm spins its thread to the end, the candle burns to ash, and the tears begin to dry.

38. 凄凉别後两应同，最是不胜清怨月明中。

38. After the desolate parting, we should be the same, but the most unbearable is the clear resentment under the bright moon.

39. 一日不见，如三秋兮。

39. Not to see you for a day is like three autumns.

40. 这次我离开你，是风，是雨，是夜晚；你笑了笑，我摆一摆手，一条寂寞的路便展向两头了。

40. This time, as I leave you, it is the wind, the rain, and the night; you smile, I wave my hand, and a lonely road stretches out in both directions.

41. 换我心，为你心，始知相忆深。

41. If I were to exchange my heart with yours, I would then truly understand the depth of our mutual memories.

42. 衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴。

42. The belt becomes wider and wider, yet I do not regret it, for I have wasted away for her.

43. 满院落花帘不卷，断肠芳草远。

43. The entire courtyard is filled with blooming flowers, yet the curtains remain unrolled; the heart-wrenching sweet grass stretches far away.

44. 失去某人，最糟糕的莫过于，他近在身旁，却犹如远在天边。

44. The worst thing about losing someone is that they are so close by, yet it feels like they are as far away as the stars.

45. 莫把幺弦拨。怨极弦能说。天不老，情难绝。心似双丝网，中有千千结。

45. Don't pluck the finest string. The string can speak when resentment is at its peak. The sky does not age, and love cannot be cut off. The heart is like a double-threaded net, within it lie a thousand knots.

46. 小轩窗，正梳妆，相顾无言，惟有泪千行。

46. Little window, you're just dressing up, we look at each other without a word, only tears pour out in a thousand streams.

47. 相见争如不见，有情何似无情。

47. It's better not to meet and yet seem to have met; what's love like that seems as if it's not love?

48. 同心而离居，忧伤以终老。

48. Living together in harmony yet separated in residence, sorrowfully enduring to the end of life.

49. 不知魂已断，空有梦相随。除却天边月，没人知。

49. Unaware that my soul has shattered, only dreams follow me. Apart from the moon in the sky, no one knows.

50. 落花人独立，微雨燕双飞。

50. The fallen flowers separate me from you, while the swallows fly in pairs under the light drizzle.

51. 纵然伤心，也不要愁眉不展，因为你不知是谁会爱上你的笑容。

51. Even though you may be heartbroken, do not frown, for you never know who will fall in love with your smile.

52. 相思一夜梅花发，忽到窗前疑是君。

52. In one night the plum blossoms bloom, suddenly in front of the window I suspect it's you.

53. 对于世界而言，你是一个人；但是对于某个人，你是他的整个世界。

53. To the world, you are just a person; but to someone, you are their whole world.

54. 两情若是长久时，又岂在朝朝暮暮。

54. If the two hearts are meant to be together for a long time, then why should it matter whether it's day and night?

55. 情人眼里出西施。色不迷人人自迷。

55. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The allure is not in the object but in oneself.

56. 明月楼高休独倚，酒入愁肠，化作相思泪。

56. Do not lean alone by the bright moon on the high tower, for the wine enters the sorrow in your intestines, transforming into tears of longing.

57. 只愿君心似我心，定不负相思意。

57. May your heart be like mine, and I shall never fail in my affection.

58. 曾经沧海难为水，除却巫山不是云。取次花丛懒回顾，半缘修道半缘君。

58. After having seen the vast ocean, it's hard to be impressed by water; except for the clouds over Wu Mountains, none can compare. Amidst the flower clusters, I am too lazy to look back, for half of it is due to my spiritual cultivation, and half is because of you.

59. 相思***多少，地角天涯未是长。

59. How much more does the love of longing grow, when the earth's corners and the edges of the sky are not long enough.
