1. 众生心即凡夫心,即有污染、有色彩的心,抹色即佛性。
1. The mind of all sentient beings is the mind of ordinary people, which is a polluted and colored mind. Removing the stains reveals the Buddha-nature.

Although the bodhisattvas cultivate the six paramitas and countless good deeds, widely performing Buddhist activities, they regard them as dreams and illusions, without attachment in their hearts, and far away from all appearances; they extinguish countless, innumerable, and boundless sentient beings, yet in reality, there is no sentient being who is actually extinguished; they cultivate without cultivation, and cultivation is without cultivation. They pass their days helping sentient beings, yet they never seem to finish helping anyone.
10. 85舍利子色不异空空不异色色即是空空即是色受想行识亦复如是舍利子是诸法空相不生不灭不垢不净不增不减
10. 85 Subhuti, the nature of the śarīra is not different from emptiness; emptiness is not different from the śarīra; the śarīra is emptiness; emptiness is the śarīra. In the same way, sensation, perception, volition, and consciousness are also like this. Subhuti, this is the emptiness of all phenomena; it does not arise, does not cease, is not defiled, is not pure, does not increase, does not diminish.
11. 佛心禅语 人年轻时总是努力赚钱,有钱后花钱买命。
11. Zen Sayings of the Buddha: When young, people always strive to make money, and when they have money, they spend it to buy their life.
12. 念经经时,心也要念经;人打坐时,心也要打坐。
12. When reciting scriptures, the mind should also recite the scriptures; when one is meditating, the mind should also meditate.
13. 24诸法因缘生,诸法因缘灭。因缘生灭法,佛说皆是空。
13. All phenomena arise from causes and conditions, and all phenomena cease from causes and conditions. The arising and ceasing of phenomena, the Buddha teaches, are all empty.
14. 21佛言,爱欲莫甚于色。色之为欲,其大无外,赖有一矣,若使二同,普天之人,无能为道者矣。
14. The Buddha said, "There is nothing more intense than desire for sensual pleasures. The desire for sensual pleasures is immense, without any bounds. It is because of this one thing that if the two [the desire and the object of desire] were to be the same, then no one in the entire world would be able to practice the path to enlightenment."
15. 54佛言:沙门行道,无如磨牛,身虽行道,心道不行。心道若行,何用行道。
15. The Buddha said: Monks, when practicing the path, should not be like a ox being ground; although their bodies are walking the path, their mind is not walking the path. If the mind walks the path, what is the need for walking the path?
16. 痴迷的感情会让你的心变得黑暗;用智慧点亮心灵,可以消除各种痴迷。
16. Obsessive feelings can make your heart dark; using wisdom to illuminate the soul can eliminate various obsessions.
17. 芙蓉白面,须知带肉骷髅;美貌红妆,不过蒙衣漏厕。
17. The fair and fair-skinned, know that they are wrapped in the flesh of the skeleton; the beautiful and adorned, are merely covering up clothes that leak through the toilet.
18. 65个个恋色贪财,尽是失人身之捷径;日日耽酒食肉,无非种地狱之深根。
18. 65 of them are greedy for both love and wealth, all of which are shortcuts to losing their human nature; day by day, they indulge in alcohol and meat, merely planting the deep roots of hell.
19. 100过去心不可得 现在心不可得 未来心不可得。
19. The past mind cannot be obtained, the present mind cannot be obtained, and the future mind cannot be obtained.
20. 没有什么可做的,生活是一个自然流畅的过程,不是要求。
20. There is nothing to be done; life is a natural flowing process, not a demand.
21. 诸行无常,一切皆苦。诸法无我,寂灭为乐。
21. All phenomena are impermanent, and all are suffering. All dharma has no self, and tranquility is the joy.

32. The Buddha said: Those who seek the path are like oxen carrying heavy loads, walking through deep mud, too exhausted to look left or right. Only by leaving the mud can they find relief. Monks should regard desires as more polluted than mud. With a sincere heart, holding onto the path, they can avoid suffering.
33. 一言兴邦一言丧邦,有人用舌头做功德;有人用舌头犯罪。
33. A word can bring a nation to prosperity or lead it to ruin; some people use their tongues to do good, while others use them to commit crimes.
34. 迦叶佛偈一切众生性清净,从本无生无可灭。即此身心是幻生,幻化之中无罪福。
34. The Dharma verses of Kasyapa Buddha say that the nature of all sentient beings is pure, from the very beginning there is no birth and no destruction. It is this body and mind that is a mere illusion, and within this illusion there is no merit or sin.
35. 15诸行无常,一切皆苦。诸法无我,寂灭为乐。
35. All things are impermanent, and all is suffering. All phenomena are without an eternal self, and tranquility is the joy.
36. 永远不要浪费你的一分一秒,去想任何你不喜欢的人。
36. Never waste a single moment of your time thinking about anyone you don't like.
37. 声在闻中,自有生灭。非为汝闻声生声灭,令汝闻性为有为无。
37. Sound is present within hearing, it naturally arises and ceases. It is not because you hear the sound arising and ceasing that you are led to perceive the nature of hearing as being or non-being.
