开篇

The beginning

1. 佛说:只要面对现实，就能超越现实。

1. The Buddha said: "As long as one faces reality, one can transcend reality."

2. 佛说:不懂得爱自己的人，是没有能力去爱别人的。

2. The Buddha said: A person who does not know how to love themselves is unable to love others.

3. 佛说:心是最大的骗子，别人可以骗你一时，但会骗你一辈子。

3. The Buddha said: The mind is the greatest deceiver; others may deceive you for a moment, but it will deceive you for a lifetime.

4. 佛说:一切由命生，都是命！

4. The Buddha said: All things arise from karma, they are all karma!

5. 佛说:万物皆有定数，不可强求。

5. The Buddha said: "All things have a predetermined destiny, and it cannot be forced.

6. 佛说:良心是每个人最公正的法官。你可以愚弄别人，但你永远不能愚弄你自己的良心。

6. The Buddha said: Conscience is the most just judge for every person. You can deceive others, but you can never deceive your own conscience.

7. 佛说:不要咄咄逼人，不要有杀伤力，不要吹嘘自己的能力，不要宣扬别人的恶，自然可以化敌为友。

7. The Buddha said: Do not be overbearing, do not be harmful, do not boast about your abilities, do not spread others' misdeeds; naturally, you can turn enemies into friends.

8. 佛说:来是偶然，去是必然。所以你必须，随缘不变，随缘不变。

8. The Buddha said: Coming is accidental, going is inevitable. Therefore, you must remain unaltered, unaltered, according to circumstances.

9. 佛说:遗忘不代表从未存在过。一切源于选择。与其刻意，不如放手。你放得越多，你拥有的就越多。

9. The Buddha said: Forgetting does not mean it never existed. Everything originates from choices. It is better to let go than to be deliberate. The more you let go, the more you possess.

10. 佛说:修行百代才能同舟共济，修行千代才能同眠。上辈子看500遍，这辈子就刷一次肩。我恳求佛祖，我们再相聚，相爱多年。

10. The Buddha said: It takes the cultivation of a hundred generations to be able to row the same boat together, and the cultivation of a thousand generations to be able to sleep together. In a past life, I watched 500 times; in this life, I just brushed my shoulders once. I beg the Buddha, let us be together again, and love each other for many years.

11. 佛说:诚实面对自己内心的矛盾和污点，不要自欺欺人。

11. The Buddha said: Face the contradictions and stains within your own heart with honesty, and do not deceive yourself.

12. 佛说:镜中万物皆空，一切相终无相。

12. The Buddha said: "All things in the mirror are empty, and all forms eventually have no form."

13. 佛说:凡有法的，都是因缘合。从一开始就没有业障，仅此而已。

13. The Buddha said: "All that exists is due to the convergence of causes and conditions. There has never been any karmic obstacles from the very beginning; that's all there is to it."

14. 佛说:我成佛是因为我不爱。怎么会因为贪恋凡人尘埃而成佛呢？我承认。佛说:忏悔无用。你还有未竟的事业。去更新你的婚姻吧。我会等你回来。为此，我在菩提树下祈祷了五百年。

14. The Buddha said: "I became a Buddha because I did not love. How could I have become a Buddha by clinging to the dust of ordinary people? I admit it. The Buddha said: Repentance is futile. You still have unfinished business. Go and renew your marriage. I will wait for you to come back. For this, I prayed under the bodhi tree for five hundred years."

15. 佛说:我有的感谢上帝，我没有的也感谢上帝。

15. The Buddha said: "I am grateful to God for what I have, and I am also grateful to God for what I do not have."

16. 佛说:万事无常。活着就会死。不执着于生死，心就宁静了，就获得了永恒的喜悦。人之所以痛苦，是因为他们追求永恒的美，永远不死。

16. The Buddha said: "All things are impermanent. To live means to die. If one does not cling to life and death, the mind becomes tranquil, and eternal joy is obtained. People suffer because they pursue eternal beauty and never-ending life."

17. 佛说:只要你心安，一切都好。你们其中一个还没到极限就不要自己跑了。

17. The Buddha said: As long as your mind is at peace, everything is fine. One of you has not reached your limit yet, so don't run yourself into the ground.

18. 佛说:不要因为小小的争执而远离自己最亲密的朋友，也不要因为小小的怨恨而忘记别人的大恩大德。

18. The Buddha said: Do not estrange your closest friends over trivial disputes, nor forget others' great kindness and benevolence because of minor grudges.

19. 佛说:有时候我们要冷静的问自己，我们到底在追求什么？我们活着是为了什么？

19. The Buddha said: Sometimes we need to calmly ask ourselves, what are we pursuing? What are we living for?

20. 佛说:握紧拳头，手是空的，张开手掌，你就拥有了全世界。

20. The Buddha said: Clench your fist, and your hand is empty; open your palm, and you possess the whole world.

21. 佛说:凡是能站在别人的角度为别人着想的，就是慈悲。

21. The Buddha said: "To think and act with compassion for others from their perspective is what is meant by compassion."

22. 佛说:慈悲是你最好的武器。

22. The Buddha said: Compassion is your best weapon.

23. 佛说:前世，你是我亲手种下的一盆莲花。所有其他的荷花盛开，只有你，直到枯萎，未能将你美丽的容颜展现在我的眼前。

23. The Buddha said: In a past life, you were a lotus flower that I personally planted. All the other lotus flowers bloomed, but only you, until you withered, were unable to reveal your beautiful face to me.

24. 佛说:一切法皆因命而生。偶然的相遇，突然的回眸，注定了彼此的一生，只为目光相遇的那一刻。

24. The Buddha said: All things arise due to life. The accidental encounter, the sudden glance, determines the lives of both parties, solely for that moment when their eyes meet.

25. 佛说:缘起缘灭，缘空。

25. The Buddha said: "Origin and cessation depend on causes and conditions; causes and conditions are empty."

26. 佛说:五百年前我与它结缘，前世注定与今日不同。我跪倒:如果不是今天，会是哪天？

26. The Buddha said: "Five hundred years ago, I was connected with it, and our past lives were destined to be different from today. I prostrate myself: If not today, then on what day?"

27. 佛说:大多数人一生只做三件事；自欺欺人，欺骗，被欺骗。

27. The Buddha said: Most people do only three things in their lives; deceive themselves, deceive others, and be deceived.

28. 佛说:因果从来没有欠过我们什么，所以请不要抱怨。

28. The Buddha said: "Karma has never owed us anything, so please do not complain."

29. 佛说:世间万物皆空，唯有其空，方能包容万物。

29. The Buddha said: All things in the world are empty; only through their emptiness can they contain all things.

30. 佛说:人是今生苦，修行来世。

30. The Buddha said: People suffer in this life, and practice for the next life.
