Fresh graduates from full-time regular higher vocational (specialty) colleges, after passing the corresponding entrance examination, can be admitted to the same or similar undergraduate majors in provincial affiliated universities. They will study for 2 to 3 years according to the new undergraduate teaching plan to complete their undergraduate education. Students admitted through the "specialist degree from junior college" program enjoy the same treatment as other undergraduate students. The archives of students admitted through this program will be managed by the admitting university, and their household registration will be transferred to the location of the admitting university with the admission notice. Upon completion of all courses required by the teaching plan of the major, and passing the exams or assessments or fulfilling the required credits, students will be allowed to graduate and will be awarded the corresponding undergraduate diploma. The content of the diploma will be standardized according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education. Those who meet the conditions stipulated in the Provisional Regulations on Degrees of the People's Republic of China will be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degrees.

The marking work of the national college entrance examination subjects is implemented by the provincial admission office, and the marking of the professional supplementary subjects is organized by the recruiting colleges themselves.
