1. 译文:三月七日,在沙湖道上赶上了下雨,拿着雨具的仆人先前离开了,同行的人都觉得很狼狈,只有我不这么觉得。过了一会儿天晴了,就做了这首词。
Translation: On the seventh day of March, I encountered rain on the path to Sha Lake. The servant carrying the rain gear had left earlier, and everyone else felt quite disheveled, but I did not feel that way. After a while, the sky cleared up, and I composed this poem.
2. 静坐常思己过,闲谈莫论人非,能受苦乃为志士,肯吃亏不是痴人,敬君子方显有德,怕小人不算无能,退一步天高地阔,让三分心平气和,欲进步需思退步,若着手先虑放手,如得意不宜重往,凡做事应有余步。持黄金为珍贵,知安乐方值千金,事临头三思为妙,怒上心忍让最高。切勿贪意外之财,知足者人心常乐。若能以此去处事,一生安乐任逍遥。
2. In stillness, often reflect on one's own faults; when idle, do not speak ill of others. One who can endure hardship is a true warrior, and one who is willing to suffer for others is not foolish. Showing respect to gentlemen shows one's virtue, and being afraid of scoundrels does not mean one is incompetent. Take a step back to see the sky is vast, and give an inch to achieve peace. To make progress, one must consider setbacks; if you start something, think first about letting go. If you are successful, do not overdo it; in all endeavors, leave room for maneuver. Holding gold as precious, knowing contentment is worth ten thousand. When facing difficulties, it is best to think three times. Endurance and tolerance are the highest form of anger. Never greedily seek unexpected wealth; those who are contented are often happy. If one can handle matters in this way, one can live a carefree and joyful life.
3. 少欲则心静,心静则事简。

22. Even after the mulberry and tung trees are abandoned, taxes are still paid; even after the fields and gardens are deserted, the seedlings are still taxed.
23. 秋到边城角声哀,烽火照高台。悲歌击筑,凭高酹酒,此兴悠哉!
23. In the autumn, at the edge of the city, the horn sounds melancholic, and beacon fires illuminate the high platform. Sad songs strike the zither, raising a cup of wine from a high place, this mood is truly pleasant!
24. 慢慢的,你会养成另外一种心情对付过去的事:就是能够想到而不再惊心动魄,能够从客观的立场分析前因后果,做将来的借鉴,以免重蹈覆辙。一个人惟有敢于正视现实,正视错误,用理智分析,彻底感悟,才不至于被回忆侵蚀。我相信你逐渐会学会这一套,越来越坚强的。
24. Gradually, you will develop a different attitude towards past events: you will be able to think about them without being overwhelmed, to analyze the causes and consequences from an objective standpoint, and to use them as a reference for the future to avoid making the same mistakes again. Only by daring to face reality, facing mistakes, analyzing with reason, and deeply comprehending, can one avoid being侵蚀 by memories. I believe you will gradually learn this approach and become increasingly strong.
25. 为学日益,为道日损,损之又损,以至于无为。
25. The pursuit of knowledge grows daily, while the pursuit of the Tao diminishes daily. Diminishing it again and again, it reaches the state of doing nothing.

35. 存平等心,行方便事,则天下无事。怀慈悲心,做慈悲事,则心中太平。
35. With an equal heart and doing convenient deeds, there will be no trouble in the world. With a compassionate heart and doing compassionate deeds, the mind will be at peace.

In times of disappointment, they record the rise and fall of their emotions with pen, and in the face of setbacks, they remind themselves to pick themselves up and adapt to the new situation; in the face of hardships, they command themselves to overcome despondency and embrace the new round of sunrise.

65. Composure is about being calm, steady, plain, and genuine, with no excessive or heavy desires for material pleasures. It's about not being affected by either praise or blame, observing the flowers bloom and wither in the courtyard; and having no intention of staying or leaving, watching the clouds gather and disperse in the sky. Accept what you gain with ease, and face what you lose with indifference; strive for what is inevitable, and go with the flow of nature. After experiencing the vicissitudes of life, one comes to understand things with a sense of clarity.
