One day, the real dragon in the sky learned about Ye Gong's love for dragons, and the real dragon said, "It's rare for someone to love dragons so much; I must visit his home!" The real dragon flew to Ye Gong's house from the sky, stuck its head into the window, and shouted, "Is Ye Gong home?" When Ye Gong saw the real dragon, he was so scared that he screamed, "Wow! A monster!" The real dragon found this strange and said, "Why do you call me a monster? I am the dragon you said you loved so much!" Normally, with their ability to ride the clouds and mist, they could reach there in a blink of an eye. However, Lü Kunyang, being quite creative, proposed to travel by boat across the sea to enjoy the sea views. He took out the iron staff of Li Tianjie and threw it into the sea, shouting "Transform," and it instantly turned into a spacious and beautiful dragon boat. The eight immortals boarded the boat to view the scenery, drink wine, and sing songs, making a grand and lively scene. Unexpectedly, this caused a bit of trouble.

58. It turns out that in the Dragon Palace there was a flower-scaled evil dragon, the seventh son of the Dragon King, known as the "Flower Dragon Prince." On this day, with nothing to do, he was wandering outside the Crystal Palace when he suddenly heard the sound of celestial music on the sea surface. Following the sound, he came upon a carved dragon boat, inside which were seated eight strange-looking immortals. Among them was a young beauty with a peach-like face and apricot cheeks, captivatingly charming. Upon seeing this celestial grace, the Flower Dragon Prince's soul was completely captivated, and he forgot all the warnings of his master, the Southern Immortal, and the teachings of the Dragon Queen Mother. He was lost in daydreams, becoming obsessed with the immortal, Lady He, as if he were bewitched or痴.

59. 八仙在海上寻欢作乐，怎会想到花龙太子半路挡道。平静的海面突然掀起一个浪头，将雕花龙船打翻了。张果老眼尖，翻身爬上毛驴背；曹国舅心细，脚踏巧板浪里漂；韩湘子放下仙笛当坐骑；汉锺离打开蒲扇蛰脚底；蓝采和攀住了花篮边；铁拐李失了拐杖，幸亏抱着个葫芦；只有吕纯阳，毫无戒备，弄了个浑身湿透。

59. The eight immortals were enjoying themselves at sea, how could they have expected the son of the flower dragon to block their path halfway. The calm sea suddenly surged, flipping over the carved dragon boat. Zhang Guolao, with sharp eyes, rolled over and climbed onto his donkey; Cao Guotie, with a careful mind, stepped on a bamboo board and floated on the waves; Han Xiangzi set aside his immortal flute to use as a mount; Han Zhongli opened his reed fan to tickle his feet; Lan Caihe held onto the edge of the flower basket; Tieguaili lost his staff, but was lucky to have a gourd; only Lü Danyang, unprepared, got completely soaked.

60. 这时，汉锺离慌忙检点人数。点过来，点过去，只有七位大仙。男的俱在，独缺一个何仙姑。奇怪，这何仙姑到哪里去了呢？汉锺离掐指一算，大吃一惊，原来是花龙太子拦路抢亲，把何仙姑抢到龙宫里去了。 这一回，大仙们可大动肝火了。个个咬牙切齿，杀气腾腾，直奔龙宫。 花龙太子知道七仙不会善罢干休，早在半路上伺候着。他见大仙们来势凶猛，慌忙挥舞珍珠鳌鱼旗，催动虾兵蟹将，掀起漫海大潮，向七仙淹来。汉锺离挺着大肚子，飘飘然降落潮头，轻轻煽动蒲扇。只听“呜…忽…”一声，一阵狂风把万丈高的和虾兵蟹将都煽到九霄云外去了，吓得四大天王连忙关了南天门。花龙太子见汉锺离破了它的阵势，忙把脸一抹，喝声“变”。海里突然窜出一倏巨鲸，张开闸门似的大口来吞汉锺离。 汉锺离急忙煽动蒲扇，不料那巨鲸毫无惧色，嘴巴越张越大。这下，汉锺离可慌了神了。正在危急中，忽然传来韩湘子的仙笛声。那笛声悠扬悦耳，鲸鱼听了，斗志全无，竟朝韩湘子歌舞参拜起来，渐渐浑身酥软，瘫成一团。 吕纯阳挥剑来斩鲸鱼，谁知一剑劈下去火星四溅，锋利的宝剑斩出个缺口。 仔细一着，眼前哪儿有什么鲸鱼，分明是块大礁石。吕纯阳恼得火冒头顶，铁拐李却在一旁笑谜谜说： “莫恼！莫恼！待我来收拾它！” 只见铁拐李向海中一招手，它的那根拐杖"唰"地窜出海面。铁拐李拿在手中，一杖打下去，不料打在一堆软肉里。原来，海礁已变成一只大章鱼，拐杖被章鱼的手脚缠住了。要不是蓝采和的花篮罩下来，铁拐李早被章鱼吸到肚皮里去了。原来这巨鲸和章鱼都是花龙太子变的。这时，他见花篮当头罩来，慌忙化作一条海蛇，向东逃窜。张果老拍手叫驴，撒蹄追赶。眼着就要追上，不料毛驴被蟹精咬住脚蹄，一声狂叫把张果老抛下驴背。幸亏曹国舅眼明手快，救起张果老，打死了蟹精。

60. At this moment, Han Zhongli hurriedly counted the number of people. Pointing here and there, there were only seven immortals present. All the men were there, but the female immortal He Xian姑 was missing. It was strange, where could He Xian姑 have gone? Han Zhongli touched his fingers to calculate, and was greatly surprised to find out that it was the Flower Dragon Prince who had blocked the path to abduct the bride, taking He Xian姑 to the Dragon Palace. This time, the immortals were extremely angry. Each one bit their teeth and was full of killing intent, rushing straight to the Dragon Palace. The Flower Dragon Prince knew that the seven immortals would not give up easily and had been waiting on the road. He saw that the immortals were coming with great force, so he hurriedly waved the pearl tortoise flag and summoned the shrimp soldiers and crab generals to raise a great tide, drenching the immortals. Han Zhongli, with his big belly, descended gently on the crest of the wave, and lightly swatted the bamboo fan. Suddenly, with a "whoosh...huh..." sound, a strong wind swept the shrimp soldiers and crab generals away into the clouds, terrifying the Four Great Kings who hurriedly closed the Southern Heaven Gate. The Flower Dragon Prince saw that Han Zhongli had broken his formation, so he quickly wiped his face and shouted "change." A huge whale suddenly surged out of the sea, opening its mouth like a gate to swallow Han Zhongli. Han Zhongli hurriedly waved the bamboo fan, but unexpectedly the whale showed no fear, and its mouth opened wider and wider. Now, Han Zhongli was really scared. In the midst of crisis, suddenly the sound of Han Xiangzi's immortal flute was heard. The flute sound was melodious and pleasant, and upon hearing it, the whale lost all fighting spirit, began to dance and pay respect to Han Xiangzi, and gradually became limp and collapsed. Lü Tongyang wielded his sword to cut the whale, but unexpectedly, the sword cut sparks and left a gap. Upon closer inspection, there was no whale in sight; it was clearly a large reef. Lü Tongyang was so angry that his head was on fire, but Tieguai Li beside him was smiling mysteriously and said, "Don't be angry, don't be angry! Let me deal with it!" Tieguai Li beckoned to the sea, and its staff "slash" emerged from the water. Tieguai Li held the staff and struck down, but unexpectedly, he struck a mass of soft flesh. It turned out that the sea reef had transformed into a giant octopus, and the staff was entangled by the octopus' limbs. If it had not been for Lan Caihe's flower basket covering down, Tieguai Li would have been swallowed by the octopus. It turned out that both the whale and the octopus were transformations of the Flower Dragon Prince. At this moment, seeing the flower basket hovering above him, he hurriedly transformed into a sea snake and fled eastward. Zhang Guolao clapped his hands and called his donkey, kicking up his heels to chase after. It seemed like he was about to catch up, but unexpectedly, the donkey was bitten by a crab spirit on its hooves and legs, making a loud scream that threw Zhang Guolao off the donkey's back. Fortunately, Cao Guotie was quick-eyed and quick-handed, saving Zhang Guolao and killing the crab spirit.

61. 花龙太子输红了眼，现出本相，闪耀着五颜六色的龙鳞，摆动着七枝八权的龙角，张舞着尖利的龙爪，向大仙们猛扑过来。七位大仙各显法宝，一齐围攻花龙太子。

The Flower Dragon Prince, having lost his temper, revealed his true form, shimmering with colorful scales of a dragon, swinging his dragon horns with seven branches and eight rights, brandishing his sharp dragon claws, and rushing fiercely towards the immortals. The seven immortals each displayed their magical treasures and surrounded the Flower Dragon Prince to launch an attack.

62. 花龙斗不过七仙，只得向龙王求救。 龙王听了，把花龙太子痛骂了一顿，连忙送出何仙姑，好话讲了一百零五斗，八仙还是不肯罢休。龙王没办法只好请来南海观音大士讲和，一场风波总算平息。八仙再也没有兴趣去游蓬莱岛了。大家都怪吕纯阳节外生枝，才寻来一场懊恼。吕纯阳笑着说：“这要怪何仙姑，谁叫她是个女的，又生得这么漂亮！”

62. The Flower Dragon couldn't fight against the Seven Immortals and had to seek the Dragon King's help. Upon hearing this, the Dragon King scolded the Flower Dragon Prince severely and promptly sent out the Immortal He Xian Gu, offering 105 bowls of good words, but the Eight Immortals still wouldn't give up. With no other choice, the Dragon King had to invite the Great Bodhisattva of the Southern Sea to mediate, and the incident was finally resolved. The Eight Immortals lost interest in visiting the Penglai Island again. Everyone blamed Lu Chunyang for causing a detour, leading to this unpleasant situation. Lu Chunyang laughed and said, "It's all because of He Xian Gu. Who could have guessed she would be such a beautiful woman!"

63. 鲤鱼们都想跳过龙门。因为，只要跳过龙门，他们就会由普普通通的鱼变成超凡脱俗的龙。

63. The carps all want to leap over the Dragon Gate. Because, once they leap over it, they will transform from ordinary fish into extraordinary dragons.

64. 可是，龙门太高，他们一个个累得筋疲力尽，摔得鼻青脸肿，却没有一个能够跳过去。他们一起向龙王请求：“尊敬的殿下，请你把龙门降低一点吧！如果连一条鲤鱼都跳不过去，这龙门不等于虚设了吗？”

64. However, the Longmen Gate was too high, and they were all exhausted and bruised from falling, yet none of them could jump over it. Together, they appealed to the Dragon King: "Esteemed殿下, please lower the Longmen Gate a bit! If even a carp cannot jump over it, isn't this Longmen Gate just a useless structure?"

65. 龙王不答应，鲤鱼们就跪在龙王面前不起来。他们跪了九九八十一天，龙王终于被感动了，答应了他们的要求。鲤鱼们一个个轻轻松松第跳过了龙门，兴高采烈的变成了龙。

65. The Dragon King would not agree, so the carp would kneel before the Dragon King and would not get up. They knelt for 81 days (nine nine days), and finally the Dragon King was moved by their persistence and agreed to their request. One by one, the carp easily leaped over the Dragon Gate and joyfully transformed into dragons.

66. 不久，成了龙的鲤鱼们发现,大家都成了龙,跟大家都不是龙的时候并没有两样。于是，他们又一起找龙王，说出自己心中的疑惑。龙王笑道：“真正的龙门是不能降低的。你要找到真正龙的感觉，还是去跳那座没有降低高度的龙门吧。”

66. Soon, the carp that had become dragons realized that there was no difference between being dragons and not being dragons. So, they all went to the Dragon King together and expressed their doubts. The Dragon King laughed and said, "The true Dragon Gate cannot be lowered. If you want to find the true feeling of being a dragon, go and leap over that Dragon Gate which has not been lowered in height."
