After the ship is loaded and the hold is sealed, Party A may send a cargo supervisor (one person free of charge) to accompany the ship. Party B guarantees the original loading and transportation. Party A is solely responsible for the quantity and quality of the goods transported, except for losses caused by the safety conditions of the vessel.

12. 本协议书自签署之日起生效，联合体未中标或者中标时合同履行完毕后自动失效。

31. 甲方不得提前收回托管权，如要提前收回，则加倍赔偿，乙方已投入所创仪器设备款，(以财务报表为准)加倍赔偿乙方所投入的广告宣传等费用。

31. The甲方 shall not withdraw the entrusted right prematurely. If premature withdrawal is required, the甲方 shall compensate the乙方 twice over. As for the funds the乙方 has invested in the instruments and equipment, (as per the financial statements), the甲方 shall compensate the乙方 twice over for the costs of advertising and promotion that the乙方 has invested in.

32. 乙方在船舶装货完毕启航后，即发报通知甲方做好卸货准备，如需领航时亦需通知甲方按时派引航员领航。费用由 方负担。
