40. 爱是最好的教育,充满爱心是班主任与学生交流的润滑剂。复读班的同学来自不同家庭,来自不同的学校、班级,生活在不同环境,思想、行为相差甚大。如何将他们聚拢在一起,并形成一个健康向上的群体,这是一件非常不容易的事,没有对学生的爱,没有站在他们角度上思考的心思,一定会产生怠惰和消极情绪,最终导致与学生的隔阂、冲突,所有的教育都成为泡沫,失败是在所难免的。所以我通过摸底,首先从关心家庭生活贫困生入手,基本是每天找一个学生谈话,询问关心他们的学习家庭以及校外住宿等情况,学生心清如水,如果班主任不把复读生另眼相看,能对班上的残疾学生和特困生热情帮助,,就会使其他学生对班主任产生好感,让学生真切感受到一颗公平的心,感受到班主任的个人品质与魅力,这就使学生有了认同感。使学生自觉不自觉把班主任的人格形象作为完善自己心理结构的参照系数和人生旅途的导向标。就像教育家乌神斯基说的“在教育中,一切都应以教育者的人格为基础,因为只有人格才能影响人格”有了这种心理趋向,再加上复读班学生年龄大较懂事的优势,复读班的管理就会向着程序化,制度化的方向迈进,从而达到”教是为了不教“的高境界。

It makes them unconsciously take the head teacher's personality as a reference coefficient for perfecting their psychological structure and a guidepost for their life journey. As the educator Ushinskii said, "In education, everything should be based on the educator's character, because only character can influence character." With this psychological tendency, coupled with the advantage of being older and more mature, the management of the repeat class will move towards a standardized and systematic direction, ultimately achieving the highest goal of "teaching so that teaching is unnecessary."
