X市纪委监察局一手抓党性、党风、党纪教育，一手抓违纪惩处，将普法宣传教育与开展纪检监察各项工作结合起来，与加强党员干部思想教育、提高党员干部思想政治素质结合起来，与开展党建目标管理和师市创建文明城市活动结合起来，把普法宣传教育始终贯穿于委局各项工作中，较好地推进了法治进机关活动，不断增强了党员领导干部廉政意识和法制意识。开展以“牢记党员使命，严明组织纪律，唱响廉洁兵团”为主题的第XX个党风廉政教育月活动，各级党委（党组）理论中心组进行专题学习教育，各级党政主要领导、纪委书记围绕教育月主题，结合党的群众路线教育实践活动，将党风廉政教育作为师团领导班子及班子成员对照检查、民主生活会的一项重要内容，并结合落实中央八项规定、兵团党委二十六条规定、师市党委二十二条规定和“八法工作制”、坚决反对“四风”等内容上专题党课辅导、廉政教育培训278场（次），受教育党员干部33460人（次）；X市纪委为机关、党校培训和基层单位分别上廉政专题课14场（次），受教育党员干部3850多人次。积极探索领导干部教育、管理和使用相结合的途径和方法，进一步规范《领导干部任前廉zd规知识测试暂行办法》，目前已先后组织五批共139名拟提拔团处级领导干部进行了廉zd规知识闭卷考试。

It ensures that legal popularization and education is consistently incorporated into the various tasks of the commission, effectively promoting the activity of introducing the rule of law into government agencies, and continuously enhancing the clean government awareness and legal awareness of party members and cadres. The XXth month of clean government education activities, themed "Remember the mission of party members, strictly enforce party discipline, and sing the tune of a clean and honest army," was conducted. The theoretical study groups of party committees (party groups) at all levels carried out special study and education sessions. The main leaders of party and government at all levels, as well as the secretaries of discipline inspection commissions, focused on the theme of the education month, combined with the mass line education and practice activities of the party, treated clean government education as an important part of the leadership and members of the leadership bodies of the army and team for self-examination and democratic life meetings. In addition, special lectures on party discipline and education, and clean government training were conducted 278 times, benefiting 33,460 party members and cadres. The Discipline Inspection Commission of City X gave 14 special clean government lectures to agencies, party schools, and grass-roots units, benefiting more than 3,850 party members and cadres. It actively explores ways and methods to integrate the education, management, and use of leading officials, further standardizes the "Interim Measures for the Knowledge Test of Clean Government Regulations for Leading Officials Before Appointment," and has organized closed-book examinations on clean government regulations for a total of 139 potential group and department-level leading officials in five batches.

76. 按照我市确立和建造了全市农村公路管理养护2个示范县和10个示范乡镇以及确立和建造了全市209293公里/7条农村公路管理养护示范县道；156207公里/9条示范乡道和37034公里/6条示范村道。组织了30余名道路志愿者进行示范路标及公益林栽种活动。
