Born facing the sun, pursuing shadows with light, unraveling the mystery of life's lack of light.

1. Table of Contents Guide:

2. In this complicated world, everyone harbors a shadowy area known only to themselves, which may stem from childhood traumas, the sense of defeat after failure, or the cracks in interpersonal relationships. But remember, it is these shadows that make up our unique life canvas. As Nietzsche said, "That which does not kill you will make you stronger." When faced with shadows, it is not to evade but to bravely confront them, using the light within to illuminate them, and let every challenge become a step on the ladder of growth.

3. Life itself is a journey interwoven with light and shadow, like night and day, coexisting and together weaving the colors of life. Without the contrast of shadows, sunlight appears pale and weak; without the illumination of sunlight, shadows become endless darkness. We need not fear the shadows, nor do we need to刻意 pursue a life without them. Instead, we should learn to find strength in the shadows and maintain humility in the sunlight. Let both coexist harmoniously within our hearts, together creating a rich and colorful symphony of life.

4. We all need to understand that true redemption does not come from external giving, but rather from the awakening of the inner self. When you are willing to actively face the sunlight, embracing life with a positive mindset, those once dark shadows will naturally fade away. This is a spiritual journey that requires courage, perseverance, and wisdom. You possess the power to change yourself. As long as you are willing, you can regain the freedom of the soul, and let the flower of life bloom splendidly in the sunshine.

5. In this era of constant changes, let us all be those brave individuals who face the sun with our faces, regardless of the坎坷在前方。 We must maintain a positive and upward spirit, using optimism and perseverance to write our own magnificent chapters. For only by facing the sun can we embrace infinite possibilities; only by chasing shadows with light can we achieve a life without regrets, made beautiful by your choices; life, made vibrant by your attitude.

A single thought makes the heavens and earth vast, and all things become as light as feathers.

13. Desiring to return, I join the poetry society, seeking an alliance through wine. With twin braids of age, I am already old, yet I feel the stir of youthful ambition. Though it is at your command, east or west, I have already decided on my course and hidden it within myself. Why should I inquire of you, Lord King? I will show this to the guardian of Tongliang, and share my deep-seated affection.

14. The conduct of a gentleman is characterized by tranquility in cultivating the self and frugality in nurturing virtue. Without a tranquil mind, one cannot clarify one's aspirations; without a peaceful state of mind, one cannot achieve great things. Study requires tranquility, and talent requires study. Without study, one cannot broaden one's abilities; without aspiration, one cannot achieve scholarly accomplishments. *Indolence cannot inspire one to strive for excellence, and impatience cannot temper one's character. 15. The East Lord is excessively affectionate, as the flowers bloom all night until they all fade. The apricot branches fall, and the medicine栏is in the waning evening, preventing tranquility. 20. The venue was extremely quiet, and I could only hear my own heartbeat. The people around me seemed to have been frozen in place, even their breathing went unnoticed. At this moment, a fly flew in from somewhere, buzzing around and driving me crazy. I reached out and smacked it with my palm. Quickly withdrawing my hand, it felt like everyone was staring at me, thinking I had broken the silence. I was taken aback and felt my heartbeat slow down. It was so quiet!

21. It is often said that men are deep and women are resentful, but at this moment, I am instead overwhelmed by the subtle fragrance of flowers carried by the gentle breeze and the tender, lingering raindrops that moisten the tranquil atmosphere.

22. Meaning: To be able to maintain a tranquil and indifferent attitude in one's heart, unaffected by fame and honor or disgrace. One merely holds a normal heart, neither envying wealth and status nor depending on power. One has one's own thoughts, but they are pure and kind-hearted. In short, it's as if one has seen through this world, with a heart like a calm lake. One is indifferent to the coming and going of things, and views everything with a relaxed attitude. One's bosom is vast, and one's mind is broad. The heart is without ripples. It truly is indifferent to the coming and going, leisurely observing the clouds swirling and unfolding beyond the sky.

23. The bodhi tree is not a tree, the bright mirror is not a dais, originally there is nothing, where can dust arise? — This verse is from the "Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch." It is the Zen insight of the Sixth Patriarch, Hui Neng, and the "Platform Sutra of the Sixth Patriarch" was compiled by later generations based on the words of the Sixth Patriarch of Zen, Hui Neng.

24. Translation: In essence, dust is outside, the heart is inside; if one often wipes it away, the heart remains pure without dust. If the dust is inside, and the heart is outside, one often peels it off; there is no dust, and there is no heart. If there is dust in the heart, the dust itself is the heart. What is there to fear in the dust within the heart, when there is no dust and no heart? Just as Huìnéng said, "The compassionate one moves the heart," and as the Taoists say, "The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao." Their principles are the same. Buddhism emphasizes that all things are in the heart, pursuing worldliness; Taoism emphasizes detachment, pursuing seclusion. Buddhism seeks to transcend the world, while Taoism practices the cultivation of the present world. In seeking their principles, they are all a form of cultivation. It is a transcendence, but not a deliberate pursuit. The focus is on the heart: worldly people, there is no fixed method; then one knows that what is not the law is also not the law. The world's affairs, when understood, are still not fully understood; why not leave them as not fully understood?

29. Facing the wind, scattered memories drift past the routes at high speed, blurring into silhouettes, performing scenes of fleeting encounters in an instant. 33. The deep affection between the mandarin ducks, tinged with a hint of bitterness, makes the right and wrong seem tragic and wounds the tears. For you, I carve a monument of longing, lightly sketching and writing a single character for return, inscribing the sorrows and joys, and painting the heartfelt words of "only you are my beloved."

35. The shadows of the trees mottled the scene, and the twinkling glow beneath the cracks seemed to span an entire century. The flickering candlelight, melancholically casting a spell over whose curtain dreams? The evening bell and the guest boat, ferrying whose loneliness? The misty river brings sorrow, the thick fog not dispersing, as if human affairs are hard to distinguish at the beginning and easy to tie at the end.

37. What has changed after it has passed? A turn around brings everything back to the unfamiliar. No one is anyone's someone. When memories are erased, it truly fulfills the passage of time, everything is new, and we are back to the starting point.

38. 2 walked for too long, hid for too long, said goodbye, and met with separation. Forgot the starting point, and couldn't see the end. If after a long time, I still come back and you are still here, then, please listen to me say: I miss you very much.
