1. 经营者个人再努力也有限度。特别是小企业，没有可以依靠的人。因此，须把身边仅有的几名员工当作共同经营的伙伴，让他们与自己想法一致，努力工作，支撑事业的发展。必须让他们和自己同心同德、同甘共苦，成为共同经营的合作伙伴。也就是说，要把员工当作“共同经营者”对待，这是很重要的。
