44. 2019年，最大的成就是《群文教学可以这样做》的结集。2018年元旦开始确立“课内整合教学”这个研究点，陆续写出一些课例，混杂一些课评、解读之类。2019年从元月8号的第一个小说整合课出发，我不再动摇，不再羡慕别人的文笔和解读，只思考课例的设计和课堂实践。稳稳地，慢慢地，走自己能走的路。国庆节前后，师傅说设计不行，要实录。我便把部分设计一一修订，一一制作课件，一一找学校上过，一一敲出实录，一一去约课评。刚开始怕字数不够，又一一写了设计思路。后来，字数超出12万，再从思路到实录到课评，一一删减。这个过程有多冗杂劳累，就有多惊喜愉悦。常常觉得自己不行了，放弃吧。又忍不住想，试试吧，撑下去，万一行了呢？工作一点都不马虎，生活一点都不简省，课例集在夹缝里一点点完成了。很多路都是走过了才感慨风景无限。感谢曾经咬牙坚持的自己，虽然这个结集不一定成书，但设计课的过程、上课的过程、写实录的过程、结集的过程，都将成为生命中弥足珍贵的经历。

44. In 2019, the greatest achievement was the compilation of "How to Conduct Group Text Teaching." Starting from the New Year's Day of 2018, I established the research point of "classroom integration teaching" and gradually wrote some lesson examples, mixed with some lesson reviews and interpretations. From the first novel integration class on January 8, 2019, I no longer wavered, no longer envied others' writing and interpretations, but only thought about the design of the lesson examples and classroom practice. Steadily and slowly, I walked the path that I could walk. Before and after the National Day, my mentor said that the design was not good enough and we needed to record it in real-time. So, I revised the designs one by one, made presentations one by one, found schools to teach them one by one, recorded the real-time lessons one by one, and arranged for lesson reviews one by one. Initially, I was worried that there wouldn't be enough text, so I wrote the design ideas one by one. Later, the word count exceeded 120,000, and I had to trim down from the ideas to the real-time recordings to the lesson reviews one by one. This process was as cumbersome and tiring as it was exciting and delightful. Often, I felt like giving up, but couldn't help thinking, "Let's give it a try and see if it works out." Work was never negligent, and life was never sparing. The collection was completed in the cracks. Many paths only become apparent after walking them and realizing the endless scenery. I thank the person who bit the bullet and persevered, for although this collection may not become a book, the process of designing lessons, teaching, writing real-time records, and compiling the collection will become invaluable experiences in life.

45. 2019年，上了三次规格比较高的课。第一次是3月15号许昌市余映潮名师工作室展示课，我讲《土地的誓言》，自己感觉还行。余老师总评四个字“课型失当”；第二次10月17号，河南省初中语文教研基地启动仪式上，我讲了《藤野先生》整合课，受到省教研员好评。第三次，12月1日，河南省统编教材培训暨优秀课例展示活动，我讲《说和做》，市教研员叶老师给予高度评价。其实，那节《说和做》我自己很不满意。之前是试过课的，学生的反应还不错，我自己也讲得轻松愉悦。可是，当现场多媒体不受控制后，我的课堂对话就琐碎轻浮了。每一个课都值得好好反思。君师傅说，课堂是我们的生命保质书，每一次大课都是一次质量检测。只有勤奋扎实地练就过硬的质量，才能迎来更多的被检机会。

45. In 2019, I taught three relatively high-standard classes. The first was on March 15th, when I delivered a demonstration class in the Xu Yingchao Master Studio of Xuchang City, teaching "The Oath of the Land." I felt pretty good about it. Teacher Yu's overall evaluation was "inappropriate lesson type." The second was on October 17th, at the opening ceremony of the Henan Province junior high school Chinese language teaching and research base, where I taught an integrated class of "Mr. Fujino," and received praise from the provincial research officers. The third time was on December 1st, at the training and excellent lesson display activity for the Henan Province unified textbooks, where I taught "Say and Do," and received a high evaluation from the city research officer, Teacher Ye. In fact, I was very dissatisfied with that "Say and Do" class. I had tried it before, and the students' response was good, and I myself taught it with ease and pleasure. However, when the on-site multimedia was out of control, my classroom dialogue became trivial and superficial. Every class is worth serious reflection. Teacher Jun said that the classroom is our life quality book, and every major class is a quality test. Only by diligently and solidly practicing hard quality can we welcome more inspection opportunities.

46. 又到年末了，这一年， 我们都在忙碌，忙工作忙挣钱， 忙养家糊口忙事业发展，有得有失， 有邂逅有感动，是成长也是蜕变。 感谢自己从未退缩过。 新的一年继续看世界， 同时寻找自己，自由且快乐。

As the year comes to an end, this year, we have all been working hard, earning money, breeding pets, and investing in businesses, experiencing both gains and losses, as well as anticipation and excitement, which is both growth and change.
