1. 我虽然毕业于师范大学，但因为本科不是读师范的，对教学可以说一点经验都没有，原以为上课很简单——不就是把自己掌握的知识介绍给暂时还没有掌握的人嘛！但上了第一次课之后我发现，没有激情的陈述只能让学生觉得云山雾水不知所云。为了学习如何讲好课，我开始到处找名师讲座，观模他们的教学录像。不过网络上管理和文科类的讲座较多，理工科的讲座少之又少，尽管这些讲授方法并不能完全借鉴到我的课堂上来，但通过学习我仍然觉得受益匪浅，之后学生听课的反应也较之前好了很多。

In order to learn how to deliver a good lecture, I started looking for lectures by famous teachers everywhere and watching their teaching videos. Although there are more management and liberal arts lectures online, there are very few science and engineering lectures, and although these teaching methods cannot be fully applied to my classroom, I still find it very beneficial through learning, and the students' reactions to the lectures have improved a lot after that.

16. 屈指算来，做老师也已经六年多了，不敢说对师德师风有很深的理解，这里只谈谈我这样一个来自一线普通教师的一些体会与大家探讨。

32. 记得在才开始做老师不久有一次跟学生探讨职业道德和服务意识的时候，有个学生突然问我“老师，那我们交学费，你给我们上课，那是不是你也应该有点服务意识，让我们过得舒服一点啊？”我当时还真被这个突如其来的问题问倒了，不过后来我自己经过仔细思考，觉得教师与学生之间绝对不是服务者与被服务者的关系，我们教书育人是为祖国的建设输送合格人才的，而不是服务学生，满足学生的各种要求，甚至讨好学生的，所以从这个角度来讲，我们这些为人师者应该有一种由衷的自豪感和责任感，因为我们每个人都和祖国未来的建设有着千丝万缕的联系。

32. Remember once when I had just started teaching and was discussing professional ethics and service awareness with the students, a student suddenly asked me, "Teacher, since we pay tuition and you teach us classes, shouldn't you also have some sense of service awareness to make us feel more comfortable?" I was quite taken aback by this unexpected question at the time. However, after careful reflection, I felt that the relationship between teachers and students is absolutely not one of service provider and recipient. We educate and nurture students to contribute qualified talents to the construction of our country, not to serve students, satisfy their various demands, or even flatter them.
