Without basic computer technology, it would be impossible to carry out these tasks, whether it is the maintenance of the Worker Assistance Center's database or the ppt training activities for female workers. Secondly, the ability to communicate with various people is also necessary. In our work, we need to make phone calls to gather various types of information, and during the preparation period for the first congress of the trade union, we needed to communicate and gather a large amount of data and materials with many people. Additionally, a rigorous mindset is indispensable. In the migrant worker health check-up activities, from the registration for health checks to the end of the check-up, the plan determined their travel periods and routes, contact persons, and we communicated with hospital personnel and those responsible for transportation vehicles, participating in the entire activity. During the work period, I applied and explored the knowledge I learned, seriously studied with the comrades in leadership, strive to do a good job in my position, and carefully complete the tasks entrusted by the leaders. Furthermore, I further familiarized myself with computer operations and legal provisions during work, continuously progressing and improving.
