76. 建立和完善了一系列环境整治长效机制。乡政府完善了乡村结合部、镇区卫生管理制度等现有机制，制定了环境卫生检查评比制度、巡查制度，各村都制定和完善了村民环境卫生公约、保洁员工作制度、党员卫生、清扫制度、门前三包等制度。建立健全环境整治检查制度、情况通报制度、检查考核制度等一系列监督机制，由乡人大代表组成督查组，进行定期不定期的督促检查，坚持高标准要求，每月评比一次，乡党政主要领导，每天对各村、各部门的责任区段进行巡查，对发现的问题及时指出或调度督查组织成员进行协调处理，全乡环境整治工作按照计划进度要求和实施标准推进整治工作。
