38. 本人在综治司法信访联动中心工作已将近一年，目前主要在受理室从事群众来访登记、市长电话交办、调解案卷归档、统计、有时参与一些矛盾纠纷的调解等工作。在工作中虽然一些来访者会蛮不讲理，但能够做到对每一位来访者都耐心接待，如果有自已不懂的地方及时向领导和同事反映。由于联动中心各种矛盾纠纷较多，因为做好归档、统计工作是非常重要的，在联动中心领导和同事的帮助下，规范了纠纷受理登记，调解申请书、传送单、笔录、调解协议书等与调解有关资料及时归档，每月对各类来信、来访、纠纷进行一次统计。市长电话是我新接手的工作，在刚开始时还不熟悉，但在领导和以前做市长电话交办工作的同事的帮助下，很快进入角色。通过在一些纠纷调解中做笔录，了解了纠纷调解的程序、方法和技巧。

Due to the many various disputes in the linkage center, it is very important to do well in archiving and statistical work. With the help of the linkage center leaders and colleagues, we have standardized the dispute reception registration and timely archived relevant materials such as mediation application forms, transmission forms, transcripts, and mediation agreement forms. We conduct a monthly statistics of various letters, visits, and disputes. The Mayor's hotline is a new responsibility I have undertaken. Initially, I was not familiar with it, but with the help of my leaders and colleagues who had previously handled the Mayor's hotline assignments, I quickly got into the role. Through taking transcripts in some dispute mediations, I have learned about the procedures, methods, and skills of dispute mediation.
