2. 凡事都要留个余地，越是愤怒的时候，越是要克制自己，不轻易口出恶言，既伤人又伤己。佛经上说：“瞋火能烧功德林”。一时的怒气，无心的言语，往往会毁掉多年辛苦培养的友谊与功德。待人谦逊些，包容些，不骄矜，不恃宠，静坐常思自己过，闲谈莫论他人非。

2. Leave room for things in all situations, and the more angry you are, the more you should control yourself and not easily utter foul words, as this harms both others and yourself. The Buddhist scriptures say: "Anger can burn the forest of merit." A moment of anger and thoughtless words can often destroy years of hard-earned friendships and virtues. Treat others with humility and tolerance, do not be proud or rely on favoritism, sit quietly and often reflect on your own faults, and do not talk about others' shortcomings when idle.

22. We often feel that the Buddha possesses great supernatural power. However, what truly gives the Buddha his divine power is karma, and good thoughts. Karma is the indestructible law of the world, and everything we are experiencing now is the result of our past actions. Everything we will encounter in the future is also the result of our current creation. Our thoughts lead to good or evil actions, and these actions all determine our fortune or misfortune. Therefore, seeking the Buddha is actually seeking oneself.

36. The four wishes deepen the profound teachings, with hearts filled with joy and charity. Navigating the river of love and the sea of suffering, leading the multitude to enlightenment. Beyond the water, where birth and destruction part, the path to awakening is established.

37. 不争就是慈悲，不辩就是智慧，不闻就是清净，不看就是自在，不贪就是布施，断恶就是行善，改过就是忏悔，谦卑就是礼佛，守礼就是持戒，原谅就是解脱，知足就是放下，利人就是利己。

Not competing is compassion, not arguing is wisdom, not hearing is purity, not seeing is freedom, not desiring is giving, ending evil is doing good, correcting mistakes is repenting, humility is worshiping the Buddha, observing rituals is observing precepts, forgiving is being released, being content is letting go, benefiting others is benefiting oneself.
