1. 人生不是靠心情活着，而是靠心态活着，人生是一次艰苦的跋涉，在人生的道路上，有阳光雨露，也有暴风骤雨，惟有保持良好的心态，才能坦然地面对所有遭遇的一切。

1. Life is not lived by mood, but by attitude. Life is a harsh journey, and on the path of life, there are both sunshine and rain, as well as storms and gales. Only by maintaining a good attitude can one calmly face all the encounters and challenges that come one's way.

2. 嘴角勾勒起一丝弧度，不知是微笑还是自嘲。。

2. The corners of his mouth curled up slightly, not clear if it was a smile or self-mockery...

3. 佛说：粒米成箩－－将一小粒、一小粒的米集合起来，就可积成一箩米；如果因一粒米小而轻视它、漏掉它，怎能积成一箩的米？

3. The Buddha said: A grain of rice becomes a sack – if you collect one small grain after another, you can accumulate to a sack of rice. How can you accumulate a sack of rice if you disdain and miss a single grain because it is small?

4. 既然缘分到了，就放手了，放过别人，就是放过自己！

4. Since fate has brought us to this point, let go. By letting go of others, you are also letting go of yourself!

5. 一切都是我在自欺欺人、只是在那片回忆中不肯走出来而已。

5. It's all me deceiving myself; I just refuse to step out of that realm of memories.

6. 愿你成为这样的女子：不炫耀，不争吵，做一个博学的女子；不空洞，不浮躁，做一个丰盈的女子；即便生命枯竭，亦在优雅中变老。

6. May you be such a woman: not boastful, not quarrelsome, a woman of erudition; not hollow, not impetuous, a woman of richness; even if life dries up, to age gracefully.

7. 爱别离，怨憎会，撒手西归，全无是类。不过是满眼空花，一片虚幻。

7. Love separates, resentment meets, let go and return to the west, all without a trace. It's just a vision of empty flowers, a mere illusion.

8. 佛说：人家怕你，并不是一种福，人家欺你，并不是一种辱。

8. The Buddha said: It is not a blessing that people fear you, nor is it a shame that people mistreat you.

9. 感情淡了，缘分尽了，那就好聚好散，不折腾自己，不为难别人。

9. If the emotions have faded and the fate has come to an end, then it's best to part amicably, not to trouble oneself, and not to burden others.

10. 不管你身边有多少人疼,但我还是会傻傻把你当成我的责任°

10. No matter how many people care about you around, I will still foolishly consider you as my responsibility.

11. 多心的人总是胡思乱想，结果是困在一团乱麻般的思绪中，动弹不得。有时候，与其多心，不如少根筋。

11. People who overthink always indulge in delusions, ending up trapped in a tangled web of thoughts, unable to move. Sometimes, it's better to be less thoughtful than to be overanalytical.

12. 人生聚散，无论是众人拾柴火焰高，还是星星点灯，都是一种人设缘分。人在一起，心在一起，如同聚沙成金般闪耀；人若散了，心也远离，恍如一闪即逝的火星。聚是一团火，不仅聚的是灯塔之光，让迷路的人找到航向；更给需要温暖的朋友送去冬日暖阳。

12. The coming together and separation in life, whether it's a gathering of many to build a towering flame or a solitary star lighting the way, are all part of human destiny and缘分. When people are together, their hearts are united, shining like gold formed from grains of sand; but when they part, their hearts drift apart, like a fleeting spark. When gathered, it's like a blazing fire, not only illuminating the beacon light to guide the lost, but also sending the warmth of the winter sun to friends in need.

13. 缘起则聚，缘尽则散，随缘而至的含义是：缘分到来的时候两个人自然就聚会到了一起，缘分尽了的时候自然两个人就散了，跟随缘分的指引。

13. The meaning of "be together according to fate, and separate when fate ends" is: when fate brings them together, two people naturally gather, and when fate ends, they naturally part ways, following the guidance of fate.

14. 佛说：一切有为法，尽是因缘合和，缘起时起，缘尽还无，不外如是。

14. The Buddha said: All things that are done are the result of causes and conditions; they arise with the arising of conditions and cease with the ceasing of conditions. It is not beyond this.

15. 佛曰：“不放不住，方可久持心念”，如此的放不下，实在有违做人之道。

15. The Buddha said, "Only when you can neither let go nor hold on can you maintain your heart and mind for a long time." Such a state of being unable to let go is indeed contrary to the way of being human.

16. 19我要你知道，在这个世界上总有一个人是等着你的，不管在什么时候，不管在什么地方，反正你知道，总有这么个人。

16. 19 I want you to know that there is always someone waiting for you in this world, no matter what time or where, you know, there will always be such a person.

17. 放下红尘欲念，多些仁义之念，境界便可不同。

17. Let go of the desires of the secular world and cultivate more thoughts of benevolence and righteousness, and your realm will be different.

18. 人生本是一场修行，修了心，才会安定；修了情，才会幸福。

18. Life itself is a journey of cultivation. By cultivating the mind, one will find peace; by cultivating emotions, one will find happiness.

19. 太阳起的瞬间 对于昨天来说 就已是永远

19. The moment the sun rises is already forever for yesterday.

20. 21我喜欢钱，因为我没吃过钱的苦，不知道钱的坏处，只知道钱的好处。

20. 21 I like money because I haven't tasted the bitterness of money, don't know the bad side of money, only know the good side of money.

21. 你有保持沉默，，但你所说的一切都会成为呈堂证供。。

21. You have the right to remain silent, but whatever you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

22. 人生短暂，缘分万千，缘来缘去，皆是天意，南无阿弥陀佛！

22. Life is short, and there are myriad karmic connections. Whether they come or go, it is all predestined. Namo Amida Bu!

23. 当缘分已尽，便如这落叶一般，既使彼此再见，也感觉索然无味。

23. When the缘分 has run its course, it is like these fallen leaves, even if we meet again, it feels hollow and uninteresting.

24. 你以为他爱你如命，其实他转身之后，也会爱别人如命，一切随缘吧！

24. You think he loves you with all his heart, but actually, after he turns away, he can also love others with all his heart. Everything is just as it should be!

25. 去见你喜欢的人，去做你想做的事，就把这些当成你青春里最后的任性。

25. Go see the person you like and do the things you want to do. Treat these as the last of your任性 in your youth.

26. 我唱的嗓子哑了,我哭得眼睛肿了,我还是义无返顾

26. My voice is hoarse from singing, my eyes are puffy from crying, and yet I still go without looking back.

27. 佛说爱过了，恨过了，放下吧，清醒点随缘去吧。

27. The Buddha says, having loved and having恨过, let go. Be clear-minded and go with the flow.

28. 人不可太尽，事不可太尽，凡事太尽，缘份势必早尽。

28. One should not exhaust oneself too much, nor should one overdo things. If everything is done to the fullest, the destiny of缘分 will inevitably be exhausted prematurely.

29. 静静的过自己的生活，心若不动，风又奈何。你若不伤，岁月无恙。

29. Live your own life quietly, if your heart does not move, what can the wind do? If you do not harm yourself, time will be safe.

30. 说是偶然，也是必然，带着宿命的成分，你我遇见。

30. Whether by chance or by necessity, with an element of destiny, we have met each other.

31. 若人知心行，普造诸世间。是人则见佛，了佛真实性。

31. If one knows the mind and actions, they will universally create all realms. Such a person will see the Buddha and understand the true nature of the Buddha.

32. 走不进的世界就不要硬挤了，难为了别人，作贱了自己，何必呢？

32. If you can't get into a world, don't force yourself in. It's hard on others and degrades yourself; why do it?

33. 看樱花漫天。悲伤在流转。却掩藏不住斑驳的流年。

33. Gazing at the cherry blossoms scattered in the sky. Sadness flows, yet it can't hide the blemished passage of time.

34. 13在你的一生中，可能有一些时候你如此想念一个人，你只想让他（她）进入你的梦中，在梦里真实地拥抱着他（她）！但愿你会梦见这个特别的人。

34. 13 There may be times in your life when you miss someone so much that you just want them to enter your dreams, to truly embrace them in your dreams! May you dream of this special person.

35. 感情再美，只不过烟花般刹那芳华；誓言再美，只不过是随缘而散。

35. No matter how beautiful the emotions, they are just a fleeting blossom like fireworks; no matter how beautiful the promises, they are just scattered as fate allows.

36. 心灵的美，并不是与生俱来的，简单，是一种大美。幸福与悲伤总是若即若离，前一秒的快乐，可能就是下一秒的悲伤，有时候只是轻轻一个转身，便与幸福撞了一个满怀。无数的相遇，无数的别离，伤感良多，或许不舍，或许期待，或许无奈，终得悟，不如守拙以清心，淡然而浅笑。

36. The beauty of the soul is not innate, it is simple yet profound. Happiness and sadness are always intertwined, the joy of the previous moment might be the sorrow of the next, and sometimes just a slight turn could bring a full embrace of happiness. With countless encounters and farewells, there is much sadness, perhaps reluctance, perhaps anticipation, perhaps helplessness. In the end, one comes to understand that it is better to guard one's simplicity and keep a tranquil heart, to smile gently and calmly.

37. 佛说：如果有所付出就想有所回报，将会招来烦恼；所以，希施若不是真正心存喜舍，则非但没有功德，反增烦恼业。

37. The Buddha said: If you seek to gain something in return for what you give, it will bring you trouble; therefore, if Hsi-Ssu does not truly have a heart of joy and generosity, then not only will he not accumulate merit, but he will also increase his karmic burden of烦恼 (troubles).

38. 佛说：根本不必回头去看咒骂你的人是谁？如果有一条疯狗咬你一口，难道你也要趴下去反咬他一口吗？

38. The Buddha said: "There is no need to look back and see who is cursing you. If a mad dog bites you, would you also lie down to bite it back?"

39. 佛说：缘是悲欢离合总无情，一任窗前点滴到天明。

39. The Buddha said: Causes and conditions are indifferent to joy and sorrow, parting and reunion; let them fall like droplets before the window until dawn.

40. 佛说：心是最大的骗子，别人能骗你一时，而它却会骗你一辈子。

40. The Buddha said: The mind is the greatest deceiver. It can fool others for a moment, but it will fool you for a lifetime.

41. 佛说：眼睛不要老是睁得那么大，我且问你，百年以后，那一样是你的`？

41. The Buddha said: "Do not keep your eyes wide open all the time. I will ask you, after a hundred years, what will be yours?"

42. 若无相欠，如何遇见，前世的记忆消散，今生的缘分万千。

42. If there were no debts between us, how could we meet? The memories of past lives have faded, and countless connections have been formed in this life.

43. 我们可以选择让心静下来，慢慢沉淀那些痛苦。

43. We can choose to let our hearts settle down, slowly sediment those sufferings.

44. 缘来了，就会上车，与你一起同行，一起欢笑，一起远离，一起开心。

44. When the time is right, I will board the bus, travel with you, laugh together, depart together, and be happy together.

45. 欠多欠少，缘分尽了，没有了缘，又怎能怎么不散？

45. Whether it's too much or too little, when the缘分 is exhausted, without any connection left, how can it not disperse?

46. 每次转变，总会迎来很多不解的目光，有时甚至是横眉冷对千夫指。但对顺境逆境都心存感恩，使自己用一颗柔软的心包容世界。柔软的心最有力量。

46. With each transformation, there will always be many puzzled looks, sometimes even cold stares from a thousand critics. But for both prosperity and adversity, I hold a heart of gratitude, allowing myself to embrace the world with a soft heart. A soft heart is the most powerful.

47. 佛说：大怀爱欲。不见道者。譬如澄水。致手搅之。众人共临。无有睹其影者。人以爱欲交错。心中浊兴。故不见道。汝等沙门。当舍爱欲。爱欲垢尽。道可见矣。

47. The Buddha said: "Great is the attachment to love and desire. Those who do not see the path are like clear water that is stirred by a hand. When many people gather around, none can see its reflection. People are entangled by love and desire, and their hearts are clouded, so they cannot see the path. You, the monks, should renounce love and desire. When the impurities of love and desire are cleansed, the path can be seen."

48. 佛曰：人生有八苦：生，老，病，死，爱别离，怨长久，求不得，放不下。

48. The Buddha said: There are eight sufferings in life: birth, old age, illness, death, parting from loved ones, enduring恨, the pursuit of what is unattainable, and the inability to let go.

49. 破茧成蝶的岁月还在酝酿着。目的地并不遥远了。

49. The years of breaking through the cocoon into a butterfly are still maturing. The destination is not far anymore.

50. 花间一壶酒，独酌无相亲。举杯邀明月，对影成三人。月既不解饮，影徒随我身。 暂伴月将影，行乐须及春。我歌月徘徊，我舞影零乱。醒时同交欢，醉后各分散。 永结无情游， 相期邈云汉。

50. A jar of wine amidst the flowers, I drink alone, without a companion. I raise my cup to invite the bright moon, and my shadow forms a third person. The moon does not understand drinking, and my shadow merely follows me. For a while, let me be accompanied by the moon and my shadow, and enjoy myself as spring comes. I sing while the moon wanders, and I dance while my shadow is chaotic. When awake, we are joyful together, but after drinking, we disperse. Let's form an eternal friendship with no strings attached, and meet in the distant Milky Way.

51. 不管是一程的陪伴也好，还是一生的陪伴也好，都是你们该有的缘分。

51. Whether it's a one-time companionship or a lifetime of companionship, it is the destiny that belongs to you.

52. 缘分得来要珍惜，缘分已尽莫强求。缘来缘尽，顺其自然就好！

52. Treasure the缘分 that comes, and do not force what the缘分 has ended. Let it be as it should be with the coming and going of fate!

53. 佛说：百态之世原是苦海，看破红尘方为上岸。

53. The Buddha said: This world with myriad forms is originally the sea of suffering; only by seeing through the dust and turmoil of the world can one step onto the shore.

54. 佛说：一沙一世界，一尘一劫，仿佛我们每一次重逢和离别，如同三生石上刺破手指滴落的血。千里暗香拂过，铭刻着你我的生死契。

54. The Buddha said: A grain of sand is a world, a speck of dust is an aeon; as if each of our reunions and separations is like the blood dropped from a finger pricked on the Three Lives Stone. A thousand miles away, the faint fragrance drifts past, etching the life-and-death bond between you and me.

55. 这些文字，诉说着说也不懂的故事，倾城的痛，我一个人舔蚀伤口

55. These words tell stories that even I don't understand, the pain of being overwhelmed, and I'm the one licking my wounds alone.
